Room was on lake with a fabulous view. Loved the spacious bathroom toilet area.

Room Service was terrible. Your room is cleaned between 3.00 & 5.00pm pretty much when you're wanting to refresh for dinner and relax after a day out. It is carpet so floor gets very messy given no vacuuming only change of linen & bed poorly made. I ended up opting to do my own. Given the cost you are looking forward to a little spoiling as that is included in price. Dirty linen was left on verandahs for a day & night in one instance.

We loved everything from the location to the accommodation and all the activities around the lake. It was the perfect get away for a short trip away from Perth. Booked at short notice it has exceeded all expectations. The place is run by the most plesent people and it was clear to see. They could not do enough for us and always happy to help. The 3 kids rated this place a 10 out of 10 on the second day when I asked them while having dinner at the lakeside restaurant. Amazing is what this place is and it is a credit to everyone working and involved with the running of this place. Thank you

This has nothing to do with the place but how I see things. Bear that in mind. No matter how good or amazing a place is there is always room for improvement. I would love to build them a deck off the restaurant with hand rail all around so it could cater for outside drinks during the summer month. Maybe even an outside bar. It would extend from the restaurant and finish off the area beautifully.

The location is great in amongst the trees and close to Beedelup Falls. Walking trail round the lake. Room was good although a little tired in terms of decoration and maintenance. Fridge and microwave included and balcony overlooking the lake. Great to eat outside and watch the birds at dusk. Activities were pretty good and reasonably priced. Seeing the birds so close (literally on the balcony whilst sitting out) was amazing.

Minor issues really - limited choice at restaurant; drain cover in shower broken, toilet difficult to flush - but generally all very good.

The entire resort was beautiful. The view from the lakeside room was unbelievable every morning and we absolutely enjoyed all the amenities in the resort.

The furnishings were run down. maybe some updates on the furnishings could’ve improved the experience given the price per night. The patio has a beautiful view then you have a dusty cheap table and chairs. Carpet need an update too. No lock on bathroom door.

Location superb. Room clean with stunning view. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The drive there was also stunning. (People should note it's quite far to any other restaurant etc.)

The balcony should have been cleaned. It was covered with duck poo so we didn't use it. Not a major complaint but a note - strange in a room with such a beautiful view that the bed face the television, not the window. Would have changed the feel completely to be able to sit in bed and look at the view. Also odd the restaurant lights were so bright. Also made the view difficult to see once it got dark.

The location was lovely, and our unit right on the lake, a beautiful setting and peacefully quiet. The walk around the lake to the waterfall was easy and well worth going to. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Every staff member we came across over our 4 day stay were professional, polite and friendly. Restaurant/bar area was large but cosy and the evening meals were more than adequate, presented well and tasted just as good.

Whilst our unit was clean, the bathroom/kitchen area does need a revamp and is looking somewhat tired. The patio area also needs a good brush down to remove the cobwebs. Somewhat trivial, but a suggestion for improvement

We loved everything about Kari valley lodge. The area is so peaceful, the beds are so comfortable, and we enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant which overlooks the lake. If you are after a relaxing getaway this is the location. The lake is simply stunning with the forest surrounding it. This is a family friendly resort. I hope to visit Kari valley lodge when I’m next in W.A.

There is nothing I didn’t like about Kari valley lodge

This place is beyond amazing. Think American log cabins on a lake or something out of a movie. The whole set up is first class. Plenty of animals to see on the way in (Emus, Kangaroos etc). The Lakeside Restaurant was a lovely spot for dinner (shout out to Declan for looking after us). We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet and it was well appointed with everything you would need. Comfortable beds, hot water, good shower pressure, beautiful toiletries, comfy beds/pillows. A washer/dryer combo. A fireplace. Curious birds that visit the balcony

That we only stayed for 1 night. Could easily have settled in for a week here.

Beautiful view all day long and especially at night when the trees are lit up. I could stare at it all night. It was actually interesting and convenient having the simple kitchen partially incorporated with the bathroom but it worked really well. The convenient store on site is a great little help for easy snacks or a cheep dinner. I managed to cook a whole frozen pizza in the microwave and it worked! Do you self a favour and go for a walk around the lake. Do the whole walk (4km) and see the Walk Through Tree and Beedalup Falls. So stunning and peaceful.

This is a non smoking property. When I first arrived I walk right to the veranda/porch to take in the view and I got with with a face full of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. However, when I told the staff about this they were right on the problem and had it sorted in no time. Thanks very much team! The only other small thing that would be the parking at the Lake rooms. When I arrived at 3:00ish (from what I remember) I had to park a distance away and then walk to my room as all the parking in front was taken. Would designate parking spots be an option in the future?

Location near lakeside and it got facilities like micro oven, water boiler, iron and the different activities it offered.

Cobwebs. There were cobwebs at our balcony and outside. Balcony needs to be cleaned, even tables and chairs. Plant some flowers or hedges outside to look it more beautiful. Make a flower garden, it will enhance the physical ambience
