Free continental breakfast and coffee in the restaurant. Hot cooked breakfast for $20. This included a range of plentiful foods and coffee. All the meals were excellent and quite reasonably priced for the quality. The chef/s are to be congratulated, I have never eaten better seafood meals. A very happy relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to the ferry.

When we first turned the air con on in our room, it smelled a bit musty. The room was spotless with no sign of mould, the smell came from the air con, which was also pretty noisy. After a few hours of use the smell dissipated and was no longer a problem.

We stayed in a king room 101 located in the block of 4 or 5 rooms. The room was clean spacious and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. The resort was very quiet as we were well back from the public areas.. Loved how well maintained and attractive the gardens were. The pool was such a treat after spending time in a part of the world where swimming in the ocean is not an option. Continental brekky left in fridge was fine, dinner in the beer garden was excellent ,staff all very friendly and $15 transfer per person to the airport very convenient. Definitely walkable from the ferry as there is a cement footpath all the way if you have wheelie bags. Sunset and sunrise from the jetty recommended as is getting a coffee from the cafe at the supermarket( open before 7am at least on a weekday)

Room had very strong smell of room freshener on arrival …..bit much

Very comfortable room and pleasant outdoor areas - if my stay had been longer I would certainly have used the pool! I appreciated the hotel transfer options and the in-house restaurant.

The large TV in the restaurant seemed to be on 24 hours a day, always with the volume turned up high. I found it disruptive when trying to enjoy meals with colleagues.

The helpful courteous staff and the excellent restaurant and menu. The pool wad great as wad the privacy of the cabin.

Continental breakfast was a little basic and light on. Fruit compote and muffin was not provided for second day. Would have liked some juice and yoghurt. Also would have liked the option to upgrade to a hot breakfast.

Excellent location and beautiful, well established and maintained gardens. The wraparound deck and outdoor setting allowed us to soak up the natural scenery.

Starting to show its age, especially bathroom facilities

Pool was a good temperature and the food was good value.

The service in the bar was sometimes a challenge getting orders correct. Bar staff used the excuse “Island Prices” when they stuffed up billing or orders. I saw them do this twice.

Every thing was exactly what I liked and wanted however the cost is still quit high for what it is but that not really the fault of the place or people. I understand it’s expensive to staff and shipping costs in remote locations, so it understandable.

Comfortable room with basic facilities. The continental breakfast was very welcome given the lack of options on the island. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated their offering to drop us at the ferry jetty on our departure.

The room cost was very high.

Quiet villa next to a delightful and clean pool. Walking distance to supermarket, jetty and museum.
