Breakfast was really good, and the price was included with booking. We had a 16 months old & needed bland items for her & those were well catered by the restaurant staff. Location was close by to many amenities such as clothing store chains, shoe store chains , theatre but only downside was there was no pedestrian on the road that lead to the hotel. Overall I enjoyed the stay very much along with seniors and children in the family. Getting out of the city was easy too as there was access to highway close to hotel.

Well designed room, and, we maintained amenities and facilities. The breakfast selection was good and seating and service was comfortable.

Mostly untrained staff, bordering on rude/ indifferent. I had to struggle to hear the front desk person at check in and the general feeling was of indifference. The server at breakfast, literally stood on my head, and forced me to write a Google review, even before my breakfast was finished. Whatever pressure the staff are under, it certainly doesn't help them to be " hospitable".

I really appreciated the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. I also liked the swimming pool area — perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location was convenient and peaceful, making the overall experience very comfortable.

After travelling around Punjab for 3 weeks staying in 2-3 star hotels, trains and buses, walking in to this beautiful hotel was a dream. A great welcome from staff, clean rooms, elevators, corridors. We had delicious room service and showers in the beautiful bathroom with fluffy towels. Highly recommend this lovely hotel . Delicious breakfast, wide variety of foods and fresh fruit too.

A lot of noise from a function in the evening . When I rang reception they simply said “ we won’t do anything about it” and hung up. So we just went to sleep anyway as we were very tired from hours on the road.

there is a scope in improvement of service, particularly in the bar area there is a daily change in the tariff of the room. i initially, booked the room for one night, but I extended it for one more night and ended up paying 15% more for the same room. I could not comprehend that when the room was the same, room facilities were the same, and the hotel did not provide 15% extra comfort for the room. Such a practice certainly is not desirable.

The amenities provided were in good working condition, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and room upkeep was commendable. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Zirakpur was enjoyable, thanks to the pleasant atmosphere, commendable service from the staff, and comfortable accommodations. The minor inconvenience of power cuts was efficiently managed by the prompt backup solutions. I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable stay in Zirakpur, with the caveat that the food prices may be a bit expensive.

Unfortunately, the hotel faced frequent power cut issues during my time there. However, the management promptly responded to these occurrences by providing backup power within a few minutes. Although power cuts can be disruptive, the swift resolution lessened their impact on my overall experience. It would be great if the hotel could consider reviewing their pricing strategy to offer more value for money to guests.

I would like to start my review especially about Manager Adhithyen Gurumoorthy who helped us a lot . Unfortunately I got sick on the first evening he personally called the doctor promptly and on doctor advice ambulance was called and he briefed the night staff to keep check on me and get me back on doctors advise. We were really impressed with his professionalism and customer services. Rest everything was good. Room was spacious, breakfast was delicious with huge variety of options.

The staff were lovely and the bed and pillows were so comfy. The blinds really blacked out the room in the morning and the food was good.

Everything was a bit dated and didn't seem that thoroughly cleaned. After staying at a newly renovated holiday inn it wasn't quite as flash as expected.

Room was spacious , great view. Good service. Quick service. Polite staff. Premium king room was a good choice. Staff is helpful as well and queries / requests are dealt quickly. Location was fantastic. Mall is 3 to 5min walk from the hotel. Cafes , lounges and restaurants are also within 7min walkable range. Airport is 20 to 25mins away.

Lifts were very slow as the hotel was very busy . Maybe the lifts can be coordinated in a better manner. Had to wait around 20 to 25mins for the welcome tea . Also , the tea can be served in cleaner mugs . Street entrance is narrow and if the hotel is busy , could be very congested. As the hotel is in sort of a busy area , main road , getting a cab can be very difficult.

Room view was ok Overall it was good however noticed a little slowness in service during breakfast. They tried to put live counter with varieties of tea however it took forever to get that delivered at table The other issue which Hotel has no control over it was outside construction work (widening of road). Though it is a temporary issue and is happening for good however thought to mention about it if someone is visiting around rainy season
