I truly had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure my experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless and cozy, and all the amenities were exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially want to commend Lydia for going above and beyond with her service, she made a huge difference. She was very accommodating and helpful even before my arrival. She answered any questions I had about the hotel before my arrival. She was the BEST! Thank you for such a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to others!

The breakfast was a bit too basic, but in all, the location to the hotel was very convenient.

They can start a buffet for their morning breakfast with different options.

First thing is customer service. The staff are so accommodating especially Susan from the reception. I love their English breakfast and the it was for 2 so my husband was able to order his own Nigerian dish. I love the location, walking distance to Shawarma depot and the supermarket and salon. Its also a plus that they have the infinity pool that shows a view of the city.

Elevator was not working. They must improve the lighting in the hallways. It looks lonely at night. But apart from that so far this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Abuja again.

The breakfast was limited. They didn’t have eggs which is essential for breakfast

Beautiful hotel, modern, great meals, peaceful, excellent internet speed, safety is top notch, lovely and friendly staff. Shout out to Susan, Ken, and Lydia for their excellent service. Great room, ambience on point, great value for money. I would definitely visit Aveon again. I really enjoyed my stay. No regrets at all

Make the wash hand basin in the bath a little cleaner with stronger cleaning products like harpic, especially the corners around the tap, otherwise it is clean and beautiful bathroom

The complementary breakfast was worth it and very well portioned. Also, the pool experience was amazing. The rooms are very spacious with the finest interior decor. Finally, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be booking again when I'm visiting Abuja.

WiFi wasn’t that consistent that I had to get my mobile MiFi Router

Location was in a quiet area. Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Room was spacious and well maintained. Although there was a chair with a broken leg which may be hazardous to guests. The meal on the first day was very well prepared, very tasty. 2nd day; not so much. Apparently the Chef was different.

I loved everything from how spacious and cool the room was, to the staff. And Oh my! The food, the food was gooood! Loved every bit of it. And the lady at the front desk was awesome.

The only issue my spouse and I had was that the bathroom drain functioning optimally. While taking a shower the floor got quite flooded. We'd have to step aside and wait for it to drain before continuing.

The lady called Mercy at the reception and a gentleman called Kelvin were exceptionally nice and helpful, infact they made my stay great
