We stayed at Borgo Rosso di Sera on a Saturday evening during a romantic getaway while driving from Sicily to Puglia — and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that made it hard to leave the terrace. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent — we had dinner there and were really impressed. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Possibly one of the best we had during our time in Italy. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Every detail was so well thought out — it’s clear the team really cares about the guest experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stop with incredible views and great food.

The service was outstanding! Every one of the staff went over and above to make sure we were enjoying a wonderful experience! Special thanks to Andrea, Daniele and all of the staff (pardon me for not knowing all of their names) who were amazing and far exceeded our expectations! We were so impressed … we have booked another stay in a few weeks on our way back up the coast!

Armando and the rest of the staff made us very welcome and were extremely helpful in catering for our needs and wishes. The positioning of the hotel was stunning and along with the views. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The pool and gardens were kept in excellent condition.

The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor bar was an added bonus! The kids loved seeing the animals too.

Our room wasn’t set up for the correct number of guests, but this was promptly rectified. The air conditioning didn’t work the first night but this was fixed the next day. Staff were apologetic about the inconvenience.

Very cool little family resort. Beautiful pool and excellent restaurant. Beds were extremely comfortable and air-conditioning worked great!

There was nothing I didn't like. This place is 5 stars all the way. The staff, the grounds, the view, it is a very beautiful place and well worth the ride from town.

location up the mountain was good with great views, a windy road up to it was fun staff very friendly and pool and all facilities were very good. Breakfast was good with terrace overlooking the mountains and ocean. Restaurant was very popular with locals . definitely would stop again.

car park is a gravel finish and had to carry. cases over the rough terrain to concrete surface, but not a Critism

Great facilities in a countryside location, overlooking the sea with very friendly staff and great Calabrian cuisine. Travelling with our adult children, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.
