The front desk was so friendly with easy check in. The room had a queen and a bunk for the kids. There was no loud outside noise,the place had colorful lights everywhere, and a private pier that was lit up at night with amazing fishing. Fridge, microwave,sink all worked

The only thing I didn't like was the shower head could have been better. But everything else was great.

Loved the location had everything we needed for me and my husband and my son. The Beds were comfy sheets were very clean room was clean and had all the amenities to cook a nice meal inside and outside had bbq pits and the pool was clean hottub was warm pier was amazing at night nice lights and the property is quiet at night. loved that it had a lil game room pretty fun will be staying here in the future. Give this place a try don't believe the negative reviews I'm a housekeeper by trade and I approve this facility and the price is super affordable check in was easy new clean towels and sheets. Stay here you won't be disappointed

The elevator didn't work but that's OK the Shower was a lil sandy other than that will stay here again

The pool and definitely the pier, it was a beautiful location and place. And I was very pleased when I saw the sanitized toilet wrapper, The staff was excellent and very polite. And I know it was a small gesture but the little coffee set up was very beautiful

The AC in the room wasn't cold and very humid, but was to tired to go office and honestly I wasn't sure there was anything they can do but none the less it's was a great room .

Huge room very clean. Great fishing dock. Staff friendly. Nice to have adult game room n pool area well kept. They keep an eye on things very well . We felt very safe n the view rocked

Parking was tight but it was a holiday. Room could have used a little minor repairs and very dated but still a good value

That it had a pier and very close to water. The lights were not all working that's something that would help tremendously due to its very dark on there. The fishing was good.

I didn't like that the appliances were not clean. The fridge had no light the seal to fridge was very moldy and the ac was leaking in the side they had a big tub to catch the water.

We stayed in room 201 it is a water front suite. It was clean, the air conditioning unit worked well, appliances were all very clean. Room was large and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind here as are all the locals from Rockport.

I needed coffee filters in the room, but there weren’t any. Maybe an exterminator because there was a couple of roaches but other than that, I would definitely come back because of great The staff was very friendly

Staff was outstanding, and the room was comforting, and plenty of fish at the pier

The fridge in room 216 smelt like fish, plan on bringing a cooler and keep it filled with ice, there are no ice machines in the property don’t park under the palm trees have a lot of ants

The guy at the front was real polite and showed me a lot of respect never hesitate to ask me if I was comfortable with the room I said I was the room super clean house keeper's were always there when I needed highly recommended to ally friends
