Staff very attentive, happy, seeing how we were doing and provided a lovely free hot breakfast till 10am with plenty of room to eat and felt safe. Coffee, tea and water free. It was clean, had spacious bathroom w/ enough soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion for the whole family, fridge and microwave. Great peaceful pool, hot tub, laundry room and gym. Not too far from all Orlando attractions we didn’t mind the drive to have a great hotel, clean no carpet and no hidden resort fees. Plus free parking and check out 11am instead of 10 at some places

We liked everything.

Clean hotel, heated pool. Breakfast was amazing and something different every day. Staff was so friendly. Betty checked us in and was so nice. This hotel is super close to my mom's house so the location is perfect.

Only issue was that the lock on the room door sometimes didn't want to work. Had to fight with it a few times.

The front desk staff member, Rickey, is not only very kind but also exceptionally helpful. After I had checked out of the hotel, I encountered a situation, and Rickey went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and made sure I could easily resolve it later. The staff is very friendly overall, and the hotel is a fantastic place to stay—well located and close to excellent shopping centers.

Breakfast is great (variety of food (fruits, eggs, muffins, cereal and best waffles, erc)/love it And a great staff Yessica was so helpful and friendly. Great customer support Also, Yen at customer service was amazing great welcoming and always helping with a smile so friendly. Thanks

Price could be less expensive

The lady at the front desk, Yen, walked the extra mile to make our stay pleasurable. The room was clean and well equiped. Breakfast was excellent.

There was a buzzing sound that was going on and off during the whole night. It was like an electric equipment turning on and off. Our room was next to the elevator, so, probably that was the source of it.

Hotel was well clean with decent towels, bed linen and beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for my needs - reasonable distance to all three baseball fields we played on and close to NERP.

Nothing really - hotel represents very good value for money.

The staff was AMAZING! I loved my room. It had everything I needed. I enjoyed the decor, ambiance, microwave, refrigerator, couch to lounge, ottoman to rest my feet. The bed was comfortable. The warm cookies in the lobby and complimentary water bottle were a nice surprise and delight. When needed utensils and extra towels, the signage in the bathroom was very helpful and thoughtful to address those needs to help the housekeeping service. When I stopped by the front desk, they were so delightful with providing the items to me with no problem. I didn't feel the rooms were too noisy between guests, elevators didn't take long at all. Perfect location.

Only thing was limiting channels to watch TV to relax.

The coffee machine couldn't be connected at an appropriate place / outlet. One lamp had a bad connection and wasn't replaced. You proposed to change the room, but nothing happened.

Everything about the hotel works. It is what it is, not in the 5* bracket of luxury but who in reality really needs that whilst visiting Orlando. Excellent breakfast, complimentary coffee & cold water available throughout the day. Ideal location for a base not only for central Orlando & access onto the interstates out to Miami a 4 hour 30 Mon drive & The Gulf Coast, Tampa & Clearwater an hour 30 Mon away. The hotel is blessed with a swimming pool & whirlpool, perfect for cooling off & a bit of sunbathing. The Hampton Inn also provides free parking which is a real bonus as parking fees elsewhere are certainly not cheap. The rooms are very clean, comfortable & spacious. The staff from the receptionists to the ladies who prepare breakfast are all very friendly & can't do enough for you. Within minutes of the hotel you'll find plenty of places to eat, such as Denny's, Burger King, McDonald's, Cracker Barrel & so on. Two petrol stations are close by which is a convenience.

In all honesty there was nothing not to like.

The cleanliness and the positive attitude of the young man that checked us in. He went out of his way to help us find vegetarian dinner options.

The breakfast selection and presentation was not good. There was no decent vegan option.
