I had travelled with my infants, wife, and parents to the Hotel and we all had a great time. Some things to call out: - It was my birthday, so I had just planned a stay with my family. But little did I know that my wife had teamed up with the hotel staff to plan a Birthday surprise. - When I came into the room was all decorated, and it made me feel great on the special day. - Kudos to the staff and especially mbak Iyang for all the arrangements, providing us with complimentary pick up and drop off, decorations, and the cake. Furthermore, in general, the property is spacious, green, and kid-friendly with multiple options to keep your little ones engaged. We were even provided with a baby cot for our kid to sleep in. Along with that, the food is awesome in all the restaurants in the hotel. My parents, who haven't had Chinese food a lot, were delighted by the flavourful food at the Canton restaurant. All in all, it was a memorable stay at the hotel. I would have given 9.5 in rating but only had 9 or 10 as an option : )

Some things that can be done better- - Perhaps the staff at Awan Eight bar can be better trained on serving drinks. We had a hard time trying to just order , like they did not understand what "on the rocks meant" - Another small point is to consider extending the breakfast buffet time to 10.30

The property is big and they do have ALOT of activities for the kids. Parents just make sure you have the energy to keep up with the activities. Its nearby with other places too, supermarket, another playground, waterpark, and some other restaurants.

The sound proofing is terrible, i stayed in room 1114, and i can hear the sound from next room, i can hear them talking and i can hear the sound of their phone ringing, sound of the hair drier from next door, sound of the water running too.. and the sound from the alley when people walking pass by our room & talking… I can even hear the sounds of footsteps of kids running from the room above. Also, the wardrobe was pretty dusty especially on the corner.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We picked Mason Pine because we have 2 small kids. And the facilities with the kids pool and the play area were perfect for them. The attention of the relation officer (Raidita) was excellent. She took the time to chat with all of us, including the kids, including showing them the pool area. She even topped up the carrots for the rabbit so that our kids can feed them. My kids were just over the Moon. The breakfast was outstanding too, with all the local delicacies as the options. Superb. Really an excellent, beautiful hotel, with great pools, perfect for relaxing.

Location: Although it’s not located in the heart of Bandung city, the hotel sits within the Kota Baru Parahyangan complex. The area itself is well-developed—similar to Sentul City or BSD City—with complete facilities and amenities. It’s conveniently located near Wahoo Waterpark, which I believe is the largest waterpark in West Java. Kids-Friendly: This hotel is perfect if you’re traveling with children. It offers various facilities and activities tailored for kids. The pool is also very nice—my daughter absolutely loved it and had such a great time! Food: The breakfast is excellent—definitely one of the best I’ve had. They offer a wide variety of dishes, and you can enjoy your meal with a beautiful view. Room, Facilities & Staff: The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in one with a terrace, which added a nice touch. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The swimming pool was amazing. My youngest daughter, who is 1.5 years old, didn't like water at all, but after she swam in the kiddy pool at the hotel, which is heated and comfortable, she let loose and loved swimming every day, even in the big and slightly colder pool. I love to see her and my other daughter being so happy, swimming and playing at the hotel and using many of the other great facilities.

The dinner in the indonsiean cuisine restaurant was not really good, and its a bit to expensive. Maybe use local dishes and cooks to make it more authentic and tasteful.

I was amazed by the personalized service I received with this great team. It started with them reaching out to me via Whatsapp offering to pick me up at the new high speed train station. Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.

The breakfast choices were good and the location is lovely as outside the crowded city.

On the final night we asked at the help desk for a 6am alarm call and transport to the Whoosh station. The staff assured it would be sorted but in the morning there was no alarm call and a taxi had to be organised at the last minute.

The location is easy to reach from Jakarta. 30 minutes by the fast train and less than 10 minutes by taxi. The weather is cool and the air is clean. The room is spacious. The food and drink are good and worth the price.

Nothing to criticise. Hopefully the management will keep the condition of the hotel as it is or even more as there is rust and a small part of the wall is chipped. Maintenance is the most important thing to do.

The whole property is luxurious and a must-stay resort … you will have a hard time deciding on what ammenities to use because there are ao many. The staff (every single person) is helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are the only person at the resort.

The hotel located in a great area, surrounded by trees. I really enjoy the fresh air. Full of hotel facilities; eg the pool is quite big, free yoga in the morning, and free feeder from and to the whoosh station. The staffs were very friendly. And I also enjoy the breakfast menu!

The price is quite expensive.
