The property was beautiful, well kept with many flowers, trees and bushes that were very green. The restaurant had large indoor and outdoor areas. The food selection was Asian and Western with both set and a la carts menus. The food was delicious and very-well priced. The staff was amazing. I was there for 9 days and interacted with everyone. I used the gym on multiple occasions. And had a massage on multiple occasions. There's even a kids playground area next to the large pools. I will definitely return on my next trip to Southern Vietnam.

I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

The staff, from reception to restaurant to lifeguards, was courteous, professional, and helpful. The beach itself was clean and fantastic: golden sand, calm waves, with comfortable seating areas and lifeguards on duty. The location was convenient as we were close to loads of good restaurants. The gym was small but had everything we needed. Buffet wasn’t huge but had a decent selection of food. The rooms were clean, with complimentary water and amenities being refreshed daily.

We went as a family and reserved 6 rooms in total. One of the rooms (on the 4th floor) lost electricity several times over the span of 3 days. Each time, the hotel’s electrician resolved it very promptly, which we appreciated, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. The hallways, especially on the ground floor, were dark and rather dated. One of the sea view rooms was also much smaller than the others.

It was a good room, as booked. The room was clean, with water replenished daily, new towels also provided daily and bedsheets provided every two days.

The area near the pool was not clean. The sand in the pool was not cleaned during nights and evenings, thus, when walking in the pool you could feel sand on your feet. Also, if you book a birthday celebration, they only provide a small piece of pie. In other hotels, you receive room decorations, cake, and candles for free. So this was quite disappointing. The staff at the beginning was quite fast in the restaurant; however, during the weekend, there was only one other table at dinner, but the staff took 20 minutes to take the order, and there was a really long wait for the food. Afterward, the staff stood and chatted but did not provide the invoice.

At first I had reservations about this hotel when I was booking in and the lobby was full of out of control young children and their families. I cancelled my 4 day stay and rebooked for 2 consecutive 2 day blocks back to back. In this way I thought if the place proved too busy after one night I can cancel and move on. Somehow this new math saved me over 1,000, 000 VPN . I always thought 2 + 2 = 4 . Anyway, to my surprise the resort quieted down and over the next 5 days I had a peaceful and very relaxing stay. The hotel is quite new and as a result quite clean. The staff under the leadership and grace of Nguyen Thi Kien were courteous, professional and very eager to please. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the PGA golf course hoping for a Stay & Play package. None existed at the time but the golf course did give me a discount when I mentioned I was staying at the Radisson. The resort offered me free shuttle service to and from the course which was a definite bonus. After several rounds at the PGA course the hotel staff helped arrange a tee off time for me at the Sea Links golf course about 45 minutes way for some variety. The Sea Links course is a harder layout but was not in better shape than the PGA course. Both courses were a delight to play. I would definitely recommend the Radisson to any golfer hoping to get away and play 18 a day with plenty of time left to lounge around the resort or explore the nearest town.....The only negative is that they could not help me improve my game :))

Beautiful hotel right on the beach with excellent facilities within the resort itself. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens and ponds. Restaurants were excellent with a extensive range of local Vietnamese food and European dishes. The swimming pool was good size and good for all members of the family and water temperature was surprisingly warm for an outdoor pool.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel and resort, but if you wanted to stroll in town or the New Nova World centre that is slightly more tricky. You either had to use the road which was not completely safe as the footpath was stop/start forcing you on the road which could be fairly busy with scooters, taxis etc or you could use the beach which was lovely and clean outside the resort but once beyond that there was a lot all dirt and rubbish.

What a fantastic location right by the sea! The garden is beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. Our villa had a perfect spot with a lovely angled view of the ocean. The materials used in the villa are of outstanding quality, making the stay even more enjoyable. A big compliment to housekeeping for keeping everything spotless. The pool is simply perfect, and the extensive, varied breakfast is definitely deserving five stars.

There isn't much to do in the immediate area yet, as the surroundings are still being developed and few tourists have discovered this spot. However, to be honest, this resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

The family room is really spacious, functional and has a beautiful sea view. We used the spa facilities on two days and can highly recommend the Radisson 90min massage. The food was excellent and having a full board we had the choice between 6 western and 6 Asian menus which was fully sufficient. Worth mentioning that the Asian menus included so many dishes that we could hardly finish. The pool was so warm which was surprising at the beginning but we loved it at the end. The staff helped us book an excursion to Ta Cu mountain which also included a visit to a local food farm with fruit tasting included. We enjoyed the trip very much.

The ocean is very beautiful but very much polluted which is so sad. The beach of the hotel is clean though we hardly used it as we did not enjoy swimming in it.

We loved the resort, it was clean and beautiful with everything well maintained. The beach and sunrise was also so special in the morning. It was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond for my partner helping him arrange flowers etc. The breakfast was also fantastic!

As soon as you walk off of the resort beach the scenery changes, it would be nice if Raddison helped make an active effort to help clean up some of the beach around the resort too as it is the only resort for some time. The location is very on its own, which was fine for us for a couple of days, however this could become problematic after a few days. The restaurant was average and served medioca food for the price they charge. My last thing is the birds in the front reception, they are gorgeous however the cage is so small and I felt very sorry for them!

availability of the staff to find solution for our room which was too close to the road hence lots of noise. they found us a room on the other side of the building and bigger for not too much more money. good breakfast.

not enough beach towel on the afternoon and not enough sun chair with people waking up early and putting their stuff to keep them all day long. There is a formula with half or full board (pension complete) but only one choice per day, not used to this and this should be clearly mentioned when you book.

Nice property with good design and helpfull staff (don’t speak that well english) Great hotel gym, garden and pool! You can rent a moped on the other side of the street. Awesome breakfast!

I was expecting that staff will be speaking better english in this type of hotel. Dirty beach (not a hoteal reason but could try to do something with it) Service in the restaurant was good but food was expensive a not that tasty. We were expecting something more after so good breakfast.
