Good location near the woods and also supermarket just a short walk away. Rooms are well equipped and beds are reasonably comfortable. Staff are very helpful with information and requests. Good to have Electric car charging facilities on site also which is offered at a very fair and affordable amount.

My wife had a fall in an accident and the ambulance was called. Unfortunately due to the location, the mobile phone service isn't very good so she couldn't call me or I couldn't call anyone else for help. The poor and very intermittent internet service in the building is a problem for emergency situations like this and also when trying to use internet for either work or planning your days while on holidays when gathering information. The facilities would be much better enhanced if a good strong wifi internet service was available throughout the facility.

Great view, watched amazing sunrise from our beds. Underground parking included for every room. Walking distance from the nearest skiing hill. Room is packed with all the things we needed including a thing for removing water from spaghetti and the wine opener.

The bathtub did not have a plug - so shower only. Reception only works 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon. SPA is until 19:00. Has some rules - you need to remove the garbage and the bed sheets yourself on checkout.

i booked this based on price off season between summer and ski season never been in this are before loved it! love the lake, the chalets can only imagine it in high season this property is right at base of ski slopes, quiet lovely town - underground parking front desk so nice and accomodating and helpful

i do not know their prices in "normal" or high season-- im sure its a lot alot higher.. i do think , they could upgrade the carpet and such . no housekeeping at all during teh week i do not like having to clean on my vacation, so empty trsh, strip beds. i mean im not a housekeeper! clean dishes before departure or be charged the apartments should be cleaned during a stay as part of price . the decor needs to be upgraded! but other than that and again i imagine prices will rocket in high season, perhaps owners should do a little upgrading and more service based for customers ---

Again we had a great stay at Vacancéole Pyrénées 2000. Thanks to the excellent staff at the reception! Great well equiped appartment, everything you need for your stay. Beautiful surrounding, many walks nearby! MERCI!!

Our stay was very nice and the studio we had was clean and comfortable for a couple. The staff was very nice and friendly,we had an awesome time.

We had the bowling just opposite our flat and it was a bit noisy but honestly it didn’t bother us much.

Everyone at the Vacancéole aot were very nice, very friendly and always ready to help. We asked to be next to our friend´s apt and they made it happened. Something was broken in our room when we arrived and someone quickly came to fix it.

I wish the rooms had more storage to organize our things

I've stayed here before, and again out of season (June). Spacious rooms... but typical with French apartment rents, you have to make your own bed and make sure all the place is super tidy before leaving. Billed as a hotel, but not a hotel. Has free underground parking with an elevator up to the rooms.

Location close to ski area and intermarche supermarket. The apartment hotel was very quiet. Beds were comfy and slept great.

No toilet paper..did not expect that. Maybe it's written somewhere and I missed it. With intermarche close we could get some.

i love everything about this place and have been many times before and plan on coming back time and time again. The location is superb. the staff is super friendly. the atmosphere is superb and I simply feel at home when I am there
