the manager Decerie Agarin was supper helpful when I needed help with scanning and e-mailing documents

The lady who checked us in was more interested in her phone scrolling than attending to us. I was put in a smoking area when I cant stand the smell. we did get another room when i spoke to the receptionist. The bathroom needs lots of TLC. The toilet seat was loose. The shower was almost clogged so was the tub drain. The tub had hairs in it

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and big breakfast variety. Excellent value for your money. The location is near Walmart which is handy. Plus the rooms being pet friendly are a plus! I would highly recommend this Hotel.

amazing place to stay. staff were so friendly and accommodating. we were able to check in early and book several more days. I would definitely stay here again. I loved that they were pet friendly, it truly felt like a home away from home. They staff were constantly cleaning the place which made it smell so fresh and clean and made me feel comfortable about my kids touching surfaces. They extended their breakfast hours to accommodate the late morning wake ups with extremely tired children. we were able to borrow dishes when we needed them to heat up food for the kiddos. I have travelled a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels, more than most people and this by far is my favourite. every time I go back to Dawson creek I will be staying here. I only wish to find hotels like this in other places.

the only think that wasn’t great was we had a older air conditioning unit that really didn’t help to cool things on the really hot days. But it takes time to replace units in all their rooms, but the over all personal care and amazing service makes up for it and the building was cool in the main areas.

Location eax good, staff were excellent. Breakfast was finr.

The bath tub needed a rubber nat to avoid slipping in the tub.

Pre-authorisation - took $150 & not paid back for up to 2 weeks. This is a very poor option as other hotels reimburse within 24 hours - choose wisely...

Clean, friendly staff, affordable, quiet, excellent breakfast

There were a few people outside asking for cigarettes and change but understandable that the hotel can’t monitor that 24/7 still felt very safe

Was very good but not enough almost empty if you game at 830 or later at breakfast

The step going out side was short and almost fell every time I went out to the car

Breakfast was excellent. Room was fantastic, roomy with a kitchenette. They also had laundry and exercise equipment. Slept great once I had a second pillow.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise.
