I am a world traveler and have stayed at some of the finest hotels globally, but the level of service at Radisson Blu MBD, Noida, truly stands out. My recent experience arranging a surprise for my wife and daughter during their stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Neetu Baghel from Guest Relations. From the moment I reached out, Neetu took care of every detail with such warmth and dedication. She not only arranged a stunning bouquet but also went the extra mile by adding a beautifully handwritten card with a heartfelt message. Her creativity and personal touch turned a simple request into a deeply meaningful gesture. Beyond that, she offered my wife and daughter coffee in the lounge while setting up everything, ensuring the surprise was perfectly executed. She even included a delicious chocolate cake with a personal note, making the moment even more special. To top it all off, Neetu upgraded them to a complimentary high-category room, an unexpected and generous gesture that reflects the hotel’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and professional. The airport transfer was ready and waiting with breakfast available as well despite an early start. Additionally the staff were very helpful in arranging an intercity taxi for my friends despite them only visiting me at the hotel. As none of us spoke the local language, they helped with translation to sort the issue with their initial driver and also helped to arrange a replacement. As I was only there due to an early flight, they met and exceeded my expectations for a comfortable night's stay and easy, stress-free transport to the airport.

It was very clean and well-kept both in the common areas and the room itself. It felt very safe especially travelling alone as a woman. The staff were all supremely helpful from Dhruv Singh’s warm welcome at the airport to Khushboo, the Guest realtions manager, helping to organise a solo day trip to Agra with a trustworthy female guide, Afrin, and driver, Shahid. Both Niranjan and Vikash at the concierge desk were always willing to answer any questions. The spa facilities were also excellent.

i was given a room with balcony, it was very nice. the breakfast started early and had lot of variety and even they packed for me. overall everyone was kind, helpful. Service was fast.

actually everyone was expecting tips, which i didnt like as it is a 5 star hotel and expect staff are well paid. the reception didnt have change, did not pay me rs.35. instead they could have offered me something in kind.

I had one of the most amazing weekends at this hotel. The rooms are really comfortable and the staff is super friendly. Dhananjay at the Reception Desk is by far one of the most helpful people you will meet and is always available to help with any requests to make the stay even better. Special mentions also to Niranjan, Vijay and Aakash who were very accommodating to my requests. The people at the hotel made me feel at home.

It is very expensive. You get a lot for the money but I think other hotels offer better value for the same money (such as more facilities or an in room jacuzzi) or the same value for less money.

Then break was very good and the location was very close to my office and also not very far from the IGI Airport . Also convenient to walk across the DLF Mall to do some shopping .

The Price paid for the room was not justified as at this price I could have stayed at the TAJ Place in Delhi . The room rate was too expensive for a Gold member .

Everything during the stay food , room and all

During the checkout, felt a little pushout from staff as one by one someone coming and asking us for checkout, I did payment at the time of breakfasts, so that during the checkout time there will not be any hassle, but they mark the checkout before 11 AM and wi fi stopped and when I ask them they said they have done the checkout, which was really sad for me.

Staff is good, always take care of me !everyone at reception team including Neetu , Dhananjay, Hammad, Gautam every one is great .House keeping staff is very good amazing hospitality, thank you for upgraded room & I love to stay in my favorite room suite with leaving room, they make sure to give me that room. thanks team

The food excluding the cold coffee, the cold coffee was absurd but everything other than that was good not excellent but good I loved the way it looks i loved the luxury
