Everything! I normally don't write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one. The Hotel is really nice, very clean and the staff is friendly, attentive and very professional. I had to honor of meeting the owner and he is a very down to earth and sociable person. But the VIP of our stay in the resort was Bruno, the morning restaurant attendant. Always greets you with a smile and a friendly demeanor. The food was great and the view made it that much better. The fact that is out of the city makes is a gem in the hiding, since it's only approximately 15 min away and you can stay way from all the noise and have a quiet and relax time if you choose to. So I cannot recommend this resort enough. The have made a customer for life. We're already planning our next trip

Beautiful Property, excellent for couples and families. The Seaview is excellent, pool 24/7 which is wonderful. The Garden View in the morning and the sea view is lovely. There is a walking by the beach which they should promote this also as well.

They just need a little more cleaning on the room, being specific that i found little roaches on the coffee machine. But not a big deal. They just need to pay more attention on exterminating service.

Very beautiful place to stay! Big clean rooms, wellworking air conditioner. Delicious breakfast and possibility to order really delicious dinner. Nice and clean pool. Beautiful view from the hotel garden. Totally silent place to sleep and perfect place to stay. Worth the value. :)

Great location near the sea and very friendly service. a 5 minute walk to the sea. It doesnt have direct acces because its on top of a mountain.

The breakfast could be more extensive where you can chose several options or that this could be at least communicated to the customers visiting.

The place is quiet and an excellent romatic gateway. And yes, the pictures are up to date. The road to the hotel has stunning views of the beach (Hawaii style scenery). The Beach Los Patos is about 20 min, cold water (excellent contrast to the heat) and is a must if you are in the area.

The hotel doe not accept credit card payments, it is a cash only place (dollars), . Bring cash to pay for your reservation. That is the only thing I can complain about.

It's a very nice hotel, our room was very big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We used both the swimming pool, very nice, and the little beach close-by, really beautiful. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner and breakfast there and both were great.

There was a little bit of bad smell coming from the bathroom at the beginning, but it was easily solved!

The ocean view is lovely; the location is peaceful, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant staff are highly professional, and the food is delicious.

I enjoyed everything immensely and would appreciate assistance with my luggage during check-in.

The menu could had been offered a wider selection of meal choices; however, we were close enough to the city to eat at other restaurants, occasionally.

It is a wonderful Oasis overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was good and included. The room was very clean and super cozy.

They only accept cash and transfers, so come ready with plenty of cash (which we generally try to avoid). They didn’t have enough staff for dinner service. It took an hour and a half to get our meal.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The ambiance is beautiful, and the breakfast included was simply amazing with a wide variety of options. Plus, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. What's more, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. Highly recommend this place!
