Staff have always been friendly. I stay here regularly, and they know me well. Facilities are nice, with both the inn and the restaurant. FYI, there is no elevator, and the staircase steps are a bit high. They don't have solo rooms, so the smallest room I stayed in when alone had two queen beds and a single bed. Cleanliness - always clean when I stayed. Comfort - rooms are very spacious, and they accommodate my request for a small work table. The bed mattress could be more comfortable, but no complaints. Value - prices are not the lowest, but still a good value. I just can't stay too long and have a big bill. Location - centrally located, with plenty of tricycle routes. The hotel restaurant is already good with a variety of items on the menu at very reasonable prices. There are many other restaurants around town as well, unlike when staying at a beach resort, where you have minimal dining options. WiFi - they give you a login for the days of your stay for each device. Speed is acceptably good, but the bandwidth is not significant. Overall, this is my ideal lodging in Infanta when I have events to attend in town. The staff make me feel at home.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It's the only hotel in town and close to everything. I was able to go to most places by just walking. The staff were very hospitable. The restaurant had good food with a variety of dishes. They booked me in the smallest room, which could accommodate 5 people. The room was very big.

There was no table or desk that I could work on. I had to sit on the bed with my computer. I probably could have asked for a small table and they would have obliged.

It’s accessible & at the Center of Town. Staff are welcoming & facilities are clean. Has its own Restaurant for B&B.

They can improve by providing a lift for upper floor elderly guests though staff are very much helpful.

No kettle in room, wi fi poor every day had to insert a code but the signal was so weak also.

The rooms are big, the coffee is really good, friendly staff, the food at the restaurant is excellent including the halo halo

The staff are nice and they assisted our requests happily. Rooms are large and clean. The location is near 7/11 which is pretty convenient as well if you plan to buy stuff. Love their free breakfast.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. They accommodated our requests. Easy to talk to as well. Room was spacious and airy. Aircon was cold.

Water in bathroom/shower is very faint and no hot/cold shower.
