Always stay here when i visit my family in cianjur

This hotel is in central of Cianjur, very convenient to walk everywhere if you don’t have transport. Ujala cafe provides nice comfortable food with reasonable prices.

This is our 4th visit at Shine BnB. As family we have hired 9 rooms in total. Our problem in those 9 rooms are always there same: bathroom doors can’t be closed properly. Our 101 and 106 rooms are closest to the entrance. Guests bang door infront of room 106 constantly and some people smoke & chat infront of 101. (Perhaps staff who are on break?) Receptionists never answer the phones or emails. But as I mentioned above, it’s in good location and food is nice. Soo we will come here again but we will not stay in 101 or 106. We did sleep on second floor once, which was nice if not for broken bathroom’s door.

A small BnB that serve the purpose of tired travelers. Everything was ok.

Nothing much because we did not put too much expectation. It was ok.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The coffee shop had a good selection of coffee & drinks. Food menu was good also. Nice hot water shower, good working AC & rooms seemed clean. It was as I expected so if I travel that area I would stay again.

I think overall there is a little room for improvement - there is no handwash soap at the sink in the toilet but the bathroom is small so I was able to access the shower liquid soap dispenser. The towels seem very very old but they were clean. No handtowels.

Location is in the middle of the city, the room is clean, air-conditioning is good. One of my first choice if I want to stay in Cianjur.

The parking space is very limited, in order to give a way out you need to ask the other guest to move his/her car or you will be asked to move your car. Not good if you want to check out early.

Room is very comfortable

Externally loud, no sound proof at all. Ac does not work properly, was very hot

Nothing at all

The staff not been friendly. The room i got dirty the toilet and shower water was smiles bad. And was yello color. I asked for different room they say can't. And don't have. Than front of me people booking and taking room. I asked them how come. They not want answer. They being rude.
