Staff very friendly and courteous

for me, the bed was a lil hatd ans even tho was mon smoking room voukdcreally pick up. on yhe smoke smell. the previous occupants left coke cans in the fridge freezer that exploded. Staff came and cleaned it up thankfully. Water pressure is not good coukd do with some updating on fixtures

Check in process was quick and easy. Staff was quite nice. Place was overall clean. I liked their continental breakfast. Overall a great place to spend the night on a roadtrip.

Fortunately we were on the second floor but I could hear the floor is a bit squeaky. So something to be aware if you are sensitive to sound, it might be better to get an upstairs room.

Parking right in front of room available! Made unloading for two seniors SO EASY!!! Check in quick and front desk person very nice. Older hotel but nicely kept and furnishings in good condition. Bed was "just right"!

Checked on the direct hotel booking site (before booking with booking.com) and the price was going to be $30. higher!!! Always check booking.com for best prices!

Breakfast was great. Location good. Not time to use it but nice pool. Room clean and nicely decorated. This hotel was inexpensive.

There were no towels in the room of any kind. We used our beach towels. We were showering late so did not want to bother the clerk at the front.

Location is awesome. Breakfast I didn't have cause I like to sleep in. Being at this clean motel that brings peace of mind while I sleep, is like being at home. Everytime I arrived the rooms are always so clean. And always greeted with a smile.

I think towels should have at least a couple more . If you supply 2 and I go swimming. Then I got to turn around and ask for 2 more. And me personally. I don't like to go ask for something I feel it should have been there . My opinion.

We needed a hotel stay for a graduation in Lubbock and this was the only economical choice that also had excellent reviews. we were skeptical but the Shiloh Inn is a well run hotel with friendly staff. For the price range, the room was clean and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Our room came with plenty of space for two double beds and a bistro table with fantastic lighting. I had read a previous review about flies in the room. There were none in our visit but the owners had provided a fly swatter! This tells me that the owners/managers are serious about listening to their customers. The price of the room included breakfast - fresh scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits, an array of box cereals, s the usual hotel buffet fair.

Nothing

The rooms are always very clean and the towels are more substantial than most hotels thin, non absorbent towels. There was a shower chair tucked under the bathroom counter for guests to use if needed I've NEVER seen this at any other property. Great idea!

It would be very nice to have access to the ABC TV station .

The breakfast was good hot the coffee was delicious just the way I like.The location was perfect for us . The staff was very helpful I will go again.A good stay.

More towels but we ask for more and received them.

It was close to the job site. And across the street from the police station felt very safe.

No much around town limited on food. Other thing unable to do laundry ourselves.

People were friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to our destination highway . Very nice experience - would go to the Shiloh Inn again!

It was a good experience from start to finish!
