We had an issue with the room and they offered us an upgrade. The staff were great. The location is very good.

Not the cleanest or fanciest but it's still good, and since it's a mountain spot, prices are not cheap for the quality it returns, I mean, it is not a 3 star hotel as the name implies (for the normal rooms) but all in all it was a good experience. We had a flooding in the room and they changed us to a really cool (but not fully clean given the circumstances) mobile home. Our experience was bizarre due to the issue, but very friendly staff solved it great. So the negative comment is not that negative really

Stayed twice, for one night, one week apart, each time a different room, but both with similar appearance. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and reasonably well soundproofed, although facing the main street. Breakfast is varied, not overly rich but good enough for 10€. There's free parking at the hotel.

The reception is only open during certain hours, which is ok, however getting in after hours wasn't the greatest experience, as one has to stay outside and punch in codes into a machine, pay, etc. That's ok, unless it's pouring with rain, it's late and night and it's cold. A simple cover over that area to protect from the rain, and a little better lighting would be nice. There was only one shower body/hair gel dispenser in the shower. A soap dispenser next to the sink would be nice.

We had a big room with a very big good bed. The bathroom was quite small but sufficient and clean with a separate toilet. Tea and coffee are available in the room, no fridge. Good basic breakfast. No diner service. 10 min walk to the city center with restaurants, supermarkets etc

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the receptionist is very helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance of restaurants and shops, surrounded by magnificent scenery. Breakfast is very good. Would definitely recommend it.

Across the street is the train railway, so it might be a bit noisy at times, but during the night, I did not hear any train passing.

Friendly welcome, very comfortable beds, large room, big balcony and super clean. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel for those who want to cycle the area - it’s perfect.

We stayed for one night enroute to valmeinier for ski week...this is perfect stop over with clean, comfortable and warm rooms... receptionist was very helpful as we were running late due to farmers/tractors causing delays...

The hotel was a useful stop-over for our road trip. All we needed was a comfortable bed for the night. We arrived late and departed early with a surprisingly good breakfast provided. I noticed the hotel is a good location for cycling events.

I can’t really be negative about the property as It met my expectations and suited my needs.

stayed for an overnight stop going skiing at Valmienier. 4 persons in quad room, was clean and comfortable but bunk beds were noisey...didn,t have breakfast but did go to Italian down the road for evening meal and was very good..overall i would definately use again as a stop over on route to ski resort.

I visited this hotel during my bike tour "Route des Grandes Alpes". It was a good place for me to stay. I could store my bike in a safe garage. People and service was friendly.

Good breakfast buffet. Well versed in welcoming cyclists (being located at the base town of the climb to the Galibier among others). Comfortable rooms.

Their parking spaces (available slots) are a bit tight although everyone staying could park.
