We were on the second level and had the apartment to ourselves. It included 2 massive balconies. The front had beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The water is so clean, clear and warm. It is a 5 minute walk to cafes & bars. We also walked along the beach to Artemida for breakfast. We had dinner as recommended by the host in the same suburb at Arhontiko. It had great seafood and service was outstanding. The unit had all the facilities to make it an enjoyable stay and a great pool. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They allowed us for an earlier check in as room was ready. Communicate was great via WhatsApp. Thank you.

The location is perfect for an overnight stopover near Athens airport, you can’t beat the convenience of the in house airport transfer, pool at the property and beach a short walk away. We also walked to the local shops and restaurants which was easy. Our room was big, comfortable and well equipped On a more personal note, my partner fell sick with gastroenteritis the morning before arriving to the villa. Theo organised early check-in for us and as my partner got more sick, he drove us to the medical centre, waited around with us for 3 hours until 1am, translated everything with the doctors and nurses like he was our father. He then called around to find an open pharmacy for the prescription antibiotics and took us there. His kind wife had a pot of white rice ready for my partner to eat when he got home. This place is more than a hotel, it is a family run business where they genuinely care for you. Can’t recommend enough

Where do I start? The whole stay was wonderful and we left with wishes to come back! It's like staying with your "family". From the moment the host greeted us, we felt so welcome. The villa is in great condition. The views were stunning, and especially the calmness of the village was appreciated. The pool was clean and added a nice touch, too. We learned about the history of the place from the host and the little information pack that you could find in your studio. It is helpful since you can find information on every cafe and restaurant near you. They also gave us a little gift, the Greek oregano that they produce. We loved it! We also met Irene, the host's daughter and the person who inspired the name, very lovely people.

Nothing important. Perhaps providing different towels, it would make it even more perfect.

We stayed at this villa at the beginning and end of our trip. Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful!! The owners were easy and clear to communicate with, picked us up and dropped us off wherever we needed to be, recommended fabulous restaurants, it is close to the airport but not right on it, the pool and beach down the street were nice, etc. I cannot recommend this lovely spot enough!!

The only issue we had, which was not the fault of the villa, was the power went out during out second night. It wasn't out long and the owners were in communication with us the whole time.

Pretty much everything went well. The hosts were very welcoming. The apartment is very secure and down a side road so untroubled by traffic passing through the town. Facilities are close by, eg petrol stn, little supermarket, pharmacy and only 2-3 mins drive from a number of beachside restaurants or cafeterias. And only 15 minutes from the airport (but planes don’t pass overhead). The apartment was very well appointed, plenty of space, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and Theologis and his wife were happy to help in any way. (I was caught up in the Greek air traffic control strike for my return to the UK and Theologis was even prepared to cone to the airport late at night to pick me up if the already much delayed flight had been cancelled. How kind and helpful is that ?

The only thing which is outside of the control of your hosts is one or two noisy dogs in the neighbourhood. I expect if you live in a town you may not even notice but we live where the nearest neighbour is 100 yards away so it is very quiet.

We as a group of 6 travellers loved everything about this place, we took 2 apartments , - very authentic Greek residential area, in with the locals, - yet some fabulous restaurants, small mini market, bakery within walking distance, we were just so sorry we only had one night, -the owners were fantastic, very easy to communicate with, they recommended a restaurant nearby and arranged transport to and from the most beautiful location for a restaurant we have ever eaten at, right on the beach, the food was amazing, - just wished we were more hungry ! The accommodation was spotless, so clean and tidy, and the extra bonus was the beautiful swimming pool. They will even arrange transfers to and from airport or cruise port, - this accommodation is definitely a must if you need accommodation close enough to Athens airport - Look no further, - book this you won’t regret it ! Thank you so much to the loveliest owners !

There were nothing we didn’t like !

George the owners son was very helpful he provided a transfer to and from the airport (don’t expect a flashy limo) he booked and arranged for a restaurant to pick me up. The villa is about 2.5km from the main strip of restaurants and beaches. The walk back is lovely though along the beach front. Nice balcony and pool. Clean and comfortable.

The room is large however in the dining room/ sitting room of the house. Maybe a little out of the main centre if here for overnight stay between flights and you want a quick meal close by.

We picked this place because it was close to the airport and we had an very early flight. We had taken a cruise and Theo the host came and picked us up from the ship. Our room was not quite ready so Theo stored our luggage and then took us into the town and showed us some sites and then dropped us off so we could walk around a bit. He messaged us when our room was ready. In the morning Theo was there bright and early to drive us to the airport. Another nice feature is that the local restaurants will send someone to pick you up and then drive you back to your Villa.

There is nothing to complain about but a suggestion would be to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room.

We had a lovely, large room with kitchen facilities and a large balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Communication was great and it helped us to arrange to be dropped off at a restaurant/beach chair facility about 2 km from the property as our flight arrived in the morning before check in. George and his parents were very welcoming and gave us good information on the area. This is a family run property and we could tell that they all took great pride in and care for it. We also ate at the restaurant that was recommended and the restaurant does free personalized shuttle to and from the hotel. Great food, huge portions!

We liked everything. I would encourage everyone to communicate your needs prior to your arrival. This for sure helped us to have a lovely relaxing day at the beach prior to check in.

We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival, the villa was outstanding and close to a beautiful beach. We were thoroughly spoilt from arriving to leaving. After check out we had a whole day before our flight home, we were allowed to use another property close by to refresh. To end a perfect stay, we were then taken to the airport. This villa is run by a wonderful family and would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing peacefull break. We will be returning next year God willing.
