Very nice suites which are pretty large for the price and arranged as two-floor mini apartments. The lower floor has a sofa bed, kitchenette, and table and the second floor loft has the other beds, large bathroom and ours even had a walk-in closet.

For some strange reason, currently the main entrance is cordoned off. Entry/exit is awkward that you have to go to the garage entry, taken an elevator up one floor to then go to the main entrance/desk.

Apartment much bigger than I expected, 2 floors. Very good Internet. Good location. Spacious bathroom. Quiet neighbourhood.

Access to the hotel is through dark garage - the hotel is in need of refreshment - breakfast not super fresh.

I liked the location

I embarked on a long journey to meet someone significant in my life. In anticipation of our meeting, I brought a bottle of fine wine to share with this individual. However, upon arrival, I realized I lacked a wine glass and a bottle opener. To remedy this situation, I sought assistance from the hotel lobby, only to be informed that they could not provide these items. This disappointing turn meant I could not enjoy the wine with my companion, especially considering it was a unique bottle meant only for that evening. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel left much to be desired.

good location , close to the city centre and the mall also for easy access to the event I was attending

swimming pool closed, front access door closed, being interdicted by the fire brigade, no laundry services, front desk staff unhelpful, suites dated, no daily housekeeping, towels the worst quality for a “4star” hotel

Very outdated hotel. In no way does it match the photos. Do not book! At best it would be 2 stars. 4 stars is ridiculous. Check in took 1,5 hours (at midnight with tired kids). We were given a room that was occupied and woke up another guest while we entered! Unbelievable! Shower not working well. Airconditioning loud. Old beds. Not worth the fee charged at all. @booking.com: you cannot keep these photos online! These are old pictures from the 70ties. Hotel nowadays is like Hotel California. Dark and outdated place. Thank god we were just here for one night travelling to the Pantanal.

the sauna is not working, the main entrance is not working ( we had to enter through the garage), in the room we find lots of HAIRs everywhere, most in the bathroom and bed! Disgusting! the BUFFET is not any similar to the photos, is so poor!
