It was nice.

The river is not closed off with the fence, to avoid crocodiles getting closer to the rooms.

I enjoyed the boat cruise, it was amazing. Breakfast was great....Rooms are clean and the price for accommodation is very good.

I didn't like the food,(dinner to be specific)expensive and very few also the taste wasn't that good. One person working at a bar and taking food orders and bringing food at the same time......

Location is amazing, the chalets were clean, nice and comfortable sheets, friendly staff.

Some facilities in the room could be user friendly, sockets, fly screen

The River view from the room was great and the chairs outside to give u open view and fresh air from the Zambezi River

Breakfast was exceptional. Beyond what one could expect. A variety of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, olives, pickles and breads plus English breakfast on request. The rooms were very neat and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The water in the pool was covered in leaves. The cleaning pump was still lying inside the pool. Hot water kettle in the room was not clean, had fungi and pieces of paper inside.

This place is on the banks of the Zambezi river and all our rooms came with a river view! Staff is very friendly and I liked a lot the ladies from the kitchen and bar... I think they have been around for years!

The hotel needs a good 'handyman' ... many small things are waiting for reparation! Now it's a good place but it could easily be also a great place! And yes. One big minus is, that hotel has not any airport shuttle, even though there are no taxis at the airport. And airport transfer is very heavily overpriced with those who offer it!

The best accommodation in the area. Beautiful restaurant right next to the river, memorable sunsets, easy access to town & border. Special thanks to the staff, especially Adriano, who helped me adjust my reservation and improve my itinerary. I am grateful!

Booking through Booking.com was for 2 rooms, but the Hotel only had 1 room booked out. Luckily, they had a cancellation and could accommodate us.

The view and the staff are very friendly.

Everything were great except the meat. The money we paid for supper the steak..where not good. They said it were t-bone but were not. More chunk of meat with bone.
