The location is very central - it’s connected to a shopping complex with various choices of restaurants which was great! The room is spacious - the furniture is slightly dated but very good quality. The view of the square was stunning at night! It is super clean and the bedding is extremely comfortable! There were a couple of cleaning ladies stationed on your floor and they cleaned your room whenever you required (we don’t need anymore than usual anyway). The service was great and the staffs were all very friendly. They really go out of the way to make it special! The breakfast is superb - great choice and a lot of options that were cooked on the spot! There is a Michelin one star restaurant on the second floor so really good for a special occasion stay.

Nothing much really!

This hotel overlooks Wuyi Square and Yushan Scenic Area, right in the city centre. It is also close (walking distance) to Wushan and the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys historical district. It is right by Nanmendou metro station, which is a transfer station (lines 1 & 2), so it was very easy to reach from the train station (both train stations are on line 1) and easy to get to places that aren't within walking distance. The room was very comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi. I had a great view of Wuyi Square and Yushan from my room - also great at night when everything is lit up. The breakfast was good - lots to choose from. The staff are super friendly, regardless of whether they speak English; however, I was impressed that there were so many staff who could speak English. The stand out for me was the amazing swimming pool (I had two great swims), and the changing rooms have sauna/steam rooms plus a hot jacuzzi and cold plunge pool. Fuzhou is a beautiful city, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Perfect location and facilities.

Front attendants and busboys are all coming from other cities. I am also new here and know nothing about the streets. So when you plan to go to some specific places, the best and easiest way is asking the front attendants. Somehow, 100% of them will tell you that they also from outside of the city and know nothing about the direction. They don’t even know the streets right across from the hotel.

A good sized room that is clean and has a comfortable bed. Staff are very courteous and helpful. They make an effort to smile at guests even when walking past. Location was ok with restaurants within walking distance. Can easily hail or book a taxi on Didi to go to other parts of the city

Coffee was a bit too acidic. Maybe it was the coffee beans that should be changed. Provide some plain yoghurt that is not flavoured.

Needed extra night in hotel and reception advised us to book through booking. Com so that we can enjoy extra savings and they will just reactive our cards. The camber maid was very nice and polite. Our room was very well cleaned and stuffs were topped up well. Even left a hand written note to thank us for our stay. Never received such notes before

Nothing we didn't like.

The room was spacious; the beds and pillows comfortable. The pool and gym was open 6 am - 11 pm. The locatiin is central with a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Lots of interesting restaurants and a cinema within the mall. Connected by subway too.

In a foreign land but after only one day all the staff recognised and welcomed me. Breakfast my choice of beverage was brought without asking. I was never asked twice from my room number. I travel the world on Business and few hotels have impressed me as much as this one. It is the small welcoming gestures that impress. From the cleaners eager to supply extra water whilst ensuring your room is immaculately clean. The quality and choice and food in the restaurant is unbelievable. The pool, the leisure facilities were all top class. 5 star hotel but deserves a 7 star rating.

I enjoy a relaxing drink after work and whilst there is a Horizon lounge i believe that is for the posh guests and I am just in an executive room. I am sure I could have a drink in the lobby but it is not the same. Other than that highly recommended.

Beautifully presented and central location. Lovely buffet breakfast and delicate light dinner for executive floor.

A bit old fashioned. Multiple injuries by the studs of door stopper which protruded and hurt the bare foots very fiercely.

i like the location of the hotel, which is near a mall and in the center of the city. breakfast buffet staff are very friendly and they made excellent omlette, fried rice noodles and you tiao.

I think the hotel design is a bit outdated.

This hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing in Fuzhou, walking distance from the two pagodas and 三坊七巷. Also convenient to take a taxi to other tourist areas. The decor is quite “classic”, they provided fresh fruit in the rooms and the housekeeping staff were so lovely.
