The staff showed great pride in maintaining the property! I liked the functionality that we received for our team event and our workshop all week.

KAEC is a bit of a ghost town, where no one seems to really live and there’s not a lot of things to do outside of the hotel itself. The hotel can’t fix this, but there should be more attractions and more transportation available to take people to different places that are around the area.

The location and view were very good. Room size is very good, reception staff were very friendly. The hotel atmosphere was very nice, clean overall its worth it. Definitely will come again. Overall agreat hotel.

The pool was not so big for the crowd, and water was not clean due to overcrowding. Beach access was not included. And Beach was not at walking distance.

I had a sea view room on 3rd floor, delux king size bed ample space and a very nice bathroom, tea / coffee was a little short and I had to keep asking for more. View from window was of the gardens and in the distance was the red sea

Staff behavior is the key to having the best experience I got. Ramy from the restaurant crew shows the highest level of hospitality and care Shad from the Reception team handled the reservation issues in a very professional yet empathic way.

The food was deliciuos and the rooms were spacious. It quiet and relaxing place kids can enjoy the games but must be paid separetly. Receptionist was amazing . Thanks

No massage for womens and if not a season its very quiet .

The room was simple and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the marina and ocean. Daily cleaning, great facilities in the hotel itself as well as activities and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staff were wonderful- very welcoming, friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Restaurant was excellent, staff could not be any more helpful rooms on 6th Floor had great sea views and also of the marina area Evening walks by the canal were peaceful and calming

Wifi was a little sporadic and many drop outs in connection

The room was super clean and big, the staff were very friendly and kind , i loved that there was games area in the hotel as well though the prices were too much over for it.
