While the staff work really hard to arrange for guests convenience, but sometimes we may not arrive as per the check in/out schedules of the facility. The check in time at Hyatt Raipur is from 12:00 noon onwards and I arrived at 9:30 AM, I had notified this over email. The staff made all efforts to contact me on my phone, but I was travelling from The Netherlands, and could not pick the call. I reached the hotel after a 20 hour travel and had to wait for some time (approx. 30 mins) before my room was made available. Thank you for the help in arranging for the room out of the schedule.

While the room was arranged within 30 mins of my arrival, it was difficult for me to connect with the reception beforehand to get the room arranged on time. It will be good help if there can be a way to make this request addressed going forward. No issues with my satisfaction, just a small inconvenience. I hope this feedback is taken with the right spirit.

I loved the corner King sized room. The view was amazing and the convenient location was perfect The best hotel in Raipur

I thought it a bit annoying when I was trying to take a nap, 2 different staff came to drop off gifts of food. This should be done immediately after checkin or ask me if I want it.

rooms should be more clean, for instance, in my room there was one one piece of chowmin was stuck on the leg of the working chair, stain in the WC inside, upper side, corners of the glass sliding door on the toilet floor has got thick deposition of salt/soap. Bed was perfect. Laminates used in the rooms are to be maintained.

conference people within the dining room. there was a conference of Maruti Suzuki, and many of them was roaming around the dining, for Ball Room.

1. The staff in attendance right from reception to check out are excellent. 2. Must add a word of compliments for the entire kitchen and dining hall team including the room service team are top of the line. Very helpful and forth coming. 3. Overall a well kept property with excellent team work. Keep it up.

Entire staff of the hotel is extremely courteous and friendly. The mangers, restaurant staff and the housekeepers all of them have been very nice. Looked after our requirements very efficiently. Thank you 🙏🏻

Service is excellent. Aniket helped us a lot during our breakfast on our last day. Other staffs also provided us with excellent service with smiling faces. Please pass on our thanks to the excellent staff you have in Hyatt Raipur.

Rooms were a bit small.

Excellent rooms. was very well located for us. Staff was so helpful and went out of their way every time. A superb breakfast buffet and the dinner was also excellent. A big thank you to the entire restaurant, reception and housekeeping staff!

Accommodated my request for a late checkout so that I could complete my meetings without worrying about the check out time. Polite staff. Breakfast was amazing, specially the Ragi Dosa.

No doors for the restroom in the bedroom. It was ok since I was travelling alone, but could be an issue if travelling with family. But I guess, you have different rooms for family :)
