The staff were very friendly, easy to talk to and accommodating. They even left us a note for our anniversary! The room was massive with a jacuzzi set in the floor - a special treat as we wouldn’t be able to afford a room like that in the big city. We had a king bed which was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot of options with good hours and our room was quiet. Thank you to the AWESOME staff for truly “making” our stay.

The building needs a bit of a “facelift”, but I imagine that will happen in time as it just changed from the Quality Inn.

The breakfast bar was excellent. the Staff were also very helpful and friendly. The " bag of rags" in the bathroom is an excellent idea - brilliant even.I have never seen that before,what a great idea? Housekeeping was great ! Thanks for fluffing our beds and leaving more coffee. I felt the room rates were a good deal.

if you have never stayed there the rear entrance to the hotel is a bit directionally challenging. Perhaps a sign with arrow to show way to lobby might help. It was just a small detail. I realize its not possible to amend - but a fan in the bathroom would b good.

The staff were excellent Stacy the manager was very kind as thus was a trio for a funeral They washed / dried our clothes fior us s the washer was broken. The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing and so helpful It was such a warm and kind environment at a sad time. We slept well before returning to Ontario.

We stayed in the annex, we had a full kitchen and nice sized bathroom. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice with hot and cold food. Staff were friendly.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff super nice. They let us do a late check out so my family didn't have to freeze while I was working. Room is large with a complete kitchen. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is great

Breakfast was good! Location was convenient. Near main road in town so little bit of road noise.

Found the entrance way, lobby, halls and breakfast room very warm.

my daughters room wasn’t cleaned properly dirty towels but we were tired so we didn’t say anything until down the road my daughter mentioned her room wasn’t cleaned properly .

Easy to find. Best value and breakfast of our 6 night travel through bc. We keep a list of all motels we stay in Yours moved to the top of our future stays.

Location was great and easy to find, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast included was just what we needed in the morning!

The only complaint is my kids wished there was a pool.

Signing in was very long, I had prebooked and had to go through whole process again. Seemed over board. Was actually getting annoying.
