Pauline was super helpful and very friendly person. She took care of my stay and did a phenomenal Job. I only had time to visit Jomo-Kenyatta-Beach. It was not ideal for swimming. People say that the beaches South of Mombasa are better. My highlight was visiting the "Peninsula Restaurant". It has a maginicant view over the mangroves. If you visit the north of Mombasa, try to go there during sunset.

I love the fact that they have a lovely cat! It gives a special vibe to the place! A place cat friendly! Love it! The staff are amazing! They are always doing their best to make you comfortable. Very clean!

The room I stayed is a little bit old! But it didn’t massed up my stay there. Old but good and clean

The bar has quite the tranquil vibe. It's by the pool and offers a pool table for those who are interested. They have ana assortment of local beers and drinks as well as some special cocktails. They have an extensive food menu with pizza, japanese and korean cuisine. I loved their vegetable sushi rolls - it's made with long grain rice not sticky rice but tastes amazing. They also have a wide range of breakfast options. I personally tended to have their fruit salad for brekkie.

The wifi kept cutting out while I stayed there. I also couldn't get a great connection while in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the bartenders made one of the best margaritas I have ever had. Felt safe the entire time I was there.

Administration a little messy. Took days to get paperwork to fill out and no one at the desk when we went to check out. Food was only okay.

Clean bedsheets. A fan for every bed, to reduce the heat. Locker space. Beautiful balcony and common areas. Great restaurant. Great location.

The bathroom sinks and shower are clogged and water takes a while to drain. The toiled seat should be replaced with something white and spotless.

Good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a spa on the rooftop. Also there is a bar area, pool not looked after that well.

Really liked Tulia house - the atmosphere is super relaxed and chill. The staff are warm, down to earth and friendly. The vibe isn't too touristy, while still offering everything you need to enjoy your trip. The staff are also very helpful and warm. Its a good location, easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. Although I didn't stay long enough to experience one of their event nights, it seems like a great place for good music on a fri/sat night (but not too much of a party vibe - quiet at night and also relaxing). Overall I'd recommend for a stay in mombassa.

even though there were no people wanting to check in and use my bunk bed, they wanted to charge me extra for having brought my luggage down to reception and check out in time.

Cute setting, security, pool, bar, great place to relax Harriette, the reception manager is amazing. Calm, caring and professional. Great food wings and breakfast!! Walking distance to mall, got hair washed there, beer, coconut at fruit place indoors.

Met expectations. Good spot near the beach. The convenience of transport and the spectacular staff. I had english breakfast and it was amazing. Chicken platter was served for dinner and it was finger licking. The pools was fantastic place to spend the afternoon.
