The bed was very comfy. Lots of pillows to choose from and they ranged from rock hard to very soft. Very quiet, didn't hear anything during night or in the AM. Had in-room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants within a short distance to the hotel.

The breakfast was meh, I didn't get anything to eat either day as there was nothing out when I went down; it was awaiting refill. The husband was able to score a waffle and some scrambled eggs, which weren't that good. The hotel states it is undergoing renovations; hopefully the suites will be updated. The carpet was kinda ugly in our room.

The location was great. The room was amazing. The room was big, much larger than what I had expected. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a very good rest. The front desk staff was very friendly as well. Communication regarding our reservation was spot on.

Like a typical hotel room, the windows had a sheer curtain that was almost interior to the room and exterior along the window was a blackout curtain. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains were ripped and shredded, and it was so bad that the blackout feature just really wasn’t working. They were definitely in need of replacing. And one of the lamps had lots of greasy finger prints all over it. I would say that some of the areas of the room really needed to be wiped down. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire room.

The room was very spacious. It was big with bay window! Chair w ottoman ,chair without ottoman and desk w a chair.iron ,ironing board,coffee maker,bottled water, microwave and frig in room. The lady and man at the front desk the day I arrived on Friday were very friendly and accommodating and on Sat the lady was friendly but on Sunday when we were leaving the front desk lady was not friendly and was very short with me when I ask if I could pay w cash instead of my card they had on file as I have done many places before. But it's ok I'm sure she was probably having a bad day. The cook was very nice and the variety of food and the quality was awesome! Eggs bacon gravy biscuits, several cereals, toast, syrup, several juices, milk , yogurt, fruit and coffee etc.

The staff was incredible! We came for an unplanned visit because my son had to have an appendectomy. Since the duration was unknown at the time of booking, we were able to add a day at a time until we were able to leave. Staff assisted with this and made it an enjoyable and seamless visit. If we ever return to Hobbs, we are definitely staying here!

I wish there were seating provided in the designated smoking areas. My husband likes to enjoy a cigar in the evening, and there was no place for him to sit in the smoking areas.

Appears to be a pretty nice hotel, but we didn't get to see much of it since we had an 0300 check out. Great staff. Nathan went above and beyond to help us. Real soap and shampoo were provided - much better than that liquid body wash crap that so many places use these days!

Our suite was pleasantly large, but furnishings were dated. There wasn't enough lighting in the living room area so the desk was difficult to use at night and the in room refrigerator didn't work

I loved the idea that once I arrived there was an issue, the service desk quickly corrected the problem.

Everything was great! I just need to make sure that I do not get charged for the cable box that seemed to be detached from the front room and the missing iron which was totally fine but just needed to alert you even though it was no bother to neither of us.

Location and the room was an old suite with basically the old sitting area now another bedroom, so it was nice...for one person, for sure. The lady in charge of the breakfast was friendly and efficient.

The hallways needed a good vacuum cleaner on them both days I stayed. There was a gas smell down by room 124 when I left on the morning of the 9th. Probably needs more lighting in room 124.

Sorry we had to leave a bit early didn't get to have breakfast but it looked yummy everything was so nice the coffee could have been a bit hotter but overall we will be back for sure

Only one thing..the room was a bit to light because of the thin curtains we are use to a very dark sleeping space, other than that NOTHING.

Bfast was good. Plenty of choices.

I tried calling 3 times before I arrived and no one answered the phone. It really didn't matter after all because I did get a great room. The other thing is that the external door was not working. Other people were using a rock as a stop to keep it open.

Location was perfect, breakfast was ok, staff were excellent, and the maid service was superb! Awesome value for the room and the location.

The property needed some refreshing, repainting, more lighting in the parking lot. But, was acceptable and I would stay here again as is.
