The water in the shower was hot. That was good. The double bed was comfortable too

We were not even given complimentary water or breakfast. We checked in after 10:30 pm. There was only 1 set of towels kept. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes. No breakfast provided

Good location. Room service food was good

There were no towels in the room. We had ti ask 3 times. We had to again ask for tea/ coffee before it was provided. Wifi password was promised but was never provided. The staff did not return our aadhars . We called a couple of days later and we were told they will revert but never did nor picked up yhe call again.

The location of hotel is good nd even exterior and interior.

Rooms offered do not basic amenities like towels, quilts, wifi and struggled to get these from support staff
