Amazing location in an iconic building, ideal for ski trip with kids, as it is literally on the slopes. Super nice staff, from reception to restaurant.

Central heating does not allow to regulate temperature in the room, and it is set up to 23 c, which is too warm. We had to open windows, which it was as a good solution for the day, but at night there was the noise of the machines working on the slopes ( which is totally normal), so windows had to remain closed. Staff was aware of the issue but couldn’t help to fix it.

The apartment was great. It was big, modern, comfortable and cozy. Great views of the mountain and slopes.

The restaurant was expensive for the food quality and variety. It is a common experience with hotel buffets so we were not very surprised, but this one was especially below average. The apartment has a kitchen and if you bring your own food and wine, you can have an amazing stay.

The location and inside the apartment was very comfy and had everything we needed. Also the bathroom was spacious and modern and we loved the big Windows in every room

There was an unpleasant smell at the area of the reception and check in. Also, we were quite surprised when we called couple days before to ask few things about the apartment and the available services and the staff did not know several things (eg whether the apartment provided cleaning stuff, etc)

The area around was fabulous with nature

There was no air conditioning even the place was cold. Sometimes people needs air condition on summer or providing some fan or any other solutions for people who cannot stay on the heat.

The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful with the few extra things we needed and the ones that didn't work.

The apartment was too warm, specially during the night, and we could not turn it down. Also some of the cups and cutlery was bit dirty and there were leftovers in the fridge from previous guests I guess.

Everything was perfect, above all the staff. All the services were working well and efficiently. The new restaurant is amazing.

The only remarks: water is expensive, unless you buy it in the shop. Some facilities could open a bit longer. Above all the buffett restaurant, which is available only for two hours at night and it could open earlier.

Great location, everything you need for a ski holiday with the family. Specially tailored for families with kids.

The rooms could use some maintenance. The walls need a fresh paint.

We stayed at the Duplex Apartment, and it was perfect. It has everything we ever need. Kids and adults enjoyed our stay. We'll be back in Summer.

The furniture was a bit old and used; you had to sign in to the wifi all the time; the shop where you could find something to drink or eat was open only until 17:45 - I understand that maybe it doesn't pay off to have it open long hours but if you are doing trekking in the mountains, you need a proper supply of water and food. Also the service of the cafeteria could open earlier, at least at 8 in the morning.
