This was a last minute reservation & we were lucky to get a room in this B&B. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful and well known in this small town. Accommodation in Katanning is hard to find so pre-book at least a few weeks in advance to guarantee a room here.

We only stayed one night so everything was fine. Even a few nights would have been okay, but the room is small with little storage space and no wardrobe so please take that in consideration. Regardless, the room had everything we needed for our stay.

The room have beautiful deco, neat and clean. Louise and Theo were great in providing the morning breakfast. We had quite a good chat and Theo gave a lot of info about Katanning and what need to see in Albany. The in front garden was clean and well organized. Would love to see them again. InShaAllah

Attractive accommodation and gardens with easy parking arrangements. Our hostess and host were pleasant and helpful. They gave us a delicious breakfast and we had some interesting conversations over breakfast. We had a lovely view of the green ring neck parrots feeding outside.

We stayed in the Elephant room and were greeted warmly by our hosts. The room is comfortable and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is quiet, yet near enough to walk to Katanning centre. Breakfast was very good and cooked freshly.

The accommodation was spacious and had everything you could need. Everything was clean and there were lots of little details added (the heater was on when I got there, for example). Louise and Theo were very personable and helpful hosts; Louise was very informative about dinner spots and the cooked breakfast was great. Theo assisted me in printing out a park pass I hadn't realised I'd need in advance. A very relaxed and comfortable stay.

I couldn't get a signal on the tv ( and didn't bother letting the hosts know as I wasn't really invested in watching anything - I'm sure they would have sorted it out if I'd have let them know)

Freshly cooked breakfast, well done and exactly as requested. Nice dining table overlooking garden, with local birdlife enjoying their breakfast too. Very special for travellers. Excellent conversation with owners.

Breakfast was delicious- and included home grown tomatoes. We sat together with the other guests and chatted which was interesting. The hosts were welcoming and informative.

We would have liked to watch the evening news but I don’t think that the tv had free to air channels. We also didn’t find the wifi code - but we didn’t ask either. These are minor issues that really weren’t a huge factor as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to town. Host very accommodating and generous. Delicious breakfast included in the tariff. Host knowledgeable about the area with good advice in terms of directions. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities.

Very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, and nice en suite. Very good location, close to town.

The furniture layout made the room feel a little cramped, and we weren't too keen on the flimsy folding door to the en suite.
