Very modern and beautiful hotel. We travel a lot but design of this hotel from each corridor, restaurant,rooms were stunning! Didnt had chance to use SPA and bowling or casino however we definitely coming back! Staff was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food created by Ola and her team was just delicious interesting - not boring and flavors were unique but at the same time traditional! Ola you have such a talent - I cant even describe which dosh was the best because all of them was delicious! I forgot to ask names but reception was always greeting us with a smile and was helpful, Breakfast lady (forgive me didnt catch your name) and restaurant team - polite super super helpful, efficient! Thank you guys for making our stay enjoyable and see you soon

staff, all except for check-in were doing the bare minimum required. staff is letting hotel down. I don't need to see a phone in the backpocket of bfast staff the size of a tablet when I need to specifically ask for missing items such as bread and juice. When I point out that the glasses for juice are dirty, I am not expecting staff to talk back to me that it is just water stains all over the glass and then to turn around and walk away without changing anything or bringing new ones. When we pointed out to staff who sat us down for dinner that we are not going to sit at particular table because there were stains on it, we sat at nearby one, however your staff didn't come back to clean the stain after giving us a la carte menus.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was insanely good. Beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room had a lot of comfortable seating and a desk. Coffee, tea and water was provided. They were able to store our luggage after checkout. They have a pool and sauna.

Wifi was spotty at the end of the hall and no fridge. On the expensive side.

Modern, clean, in the town centre, large room, professional and very friendly staff, great selection for breakfast, secured car park, swimming pool, bakery and a garden bar. The young girl with long black hair that was in the restaurant in the morning was aleays extremely helpful and polite. Very polite and nice cleaning ladies. I cannot fail this place on anything.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Ther is a nice spa area with swimming pool and different sorts of sauna (maybe a jacuzzi and hammam would be nice additions!). We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, very tasty!

The staff was nice but there is still room for improvement when serving customers at the restaurant, e.g. make them taste the wine before serving or ensuring the meat is cooked according to their taste!

driveway to hotel carpark is gravel potholed road. Soundproofing isn't top notch compared other hotels I used during this European trip. Dogs allowed, thus barking, children running up and down the long hallways. Having to ask for cold milk every breakfast. No milk at all available in room with coffee/tea facilities.

Great standard of the hotel, very comfortable, everything spotless clean. Wellness with swimming pool and saunas very nice. A big choice for breakfast.

the hotel is superb: all the facilities are clean, modern and in beautiful design. Food at the restaurant superb. only one small comment: in the restaurant was trainee left alone, even the senior waitress were there she was not supporting the trainee. it was a bit disappointed, as the trainee did not have all the knowledge and ability to serve. we had to extra wait when the senior will show in the restaurant and ask for assistance. It was issue with senior waitress not the trainee.

Staff were polite and met all of our extra requests with a smile (Very unusual in Poland). New and very clean hotel Comfortable beds. Good parking. More of business and conference hotel and no noisy tourists.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable for short stay. Breakfast selection was a little limited, but ok - could have had more continental selection. A few of the restaurant chairs had food stains.
