The rooms were beautiful. I was not optimistic when I saw the location when we pulled up, but everything was great! I was surprised to see a little kitchenette in the room, I apparently didn't look much into it while I was booking. I was just trying to find a place for the night. This was great. The beds were even comfortable! I was impressed. Staff was great. For some reason my card declined, and they called and were not nasty about it. I went back, as I was still local, and she was very pleasant about it. No issues at all!

I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. There was a restaurant/bar on-site and the food was delicious. Our room was large and the bed was super comfy. Full size refrigerator in our room was a great bonus. AC worked great !!!

We didn't have a "Do not Disturb" sign to put outside our door. At 9am there was a knock and then our door opened. It was immediately closed after the person saw our things in the kitchen area.

The location is very close to downtown Greenville and Moosehead Lake. The place was well appointed with kitchen appliances and was neat and clean. Upon arrival we had a problem with the wifi but the owners quickly solved the problem.

It lacked a place to sit and watch TV, like a sofa area. The short road into the complex was very rough and bumpy.

The outside looks run down but then you enter the rooms. Nice size kitchen with all the amenities, a big closet, nice bathroom and then the best part. The bedroom is large, roomy and we had a king size bed that was the most comfortable I have ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot. There is a restaurant on site with the best chicken wings and steak bomb! Lots of other choices.

The dirt road leading in was covered in so many pot holes, you couldn’t drive around them. For someone like myself whose body is old and broken down, the road in was a painful experience.

Location was good for meeting with family. Place was quiet. Shower worked well. TV worked well, fuzzy but no complaints. 49 degrees outside, put heat on worked fine.

Toilet always running. Not my problem, but should be fixed. Front door sticks.There again not a problem. Life in the country. Pricey at $152. But the whole town seems Pricey so can't stay long.

Very convenient,, clean, love it has full size fridge & mini stove, NICE area & very friendly dog.

Mattress very soft for spouse with back issues. Hard rain, made very large puddles in parking area, therefore difficult to park & get out of car to load & unload. Upon arrival, we noted The PRICE LISTED @ Leisure Life, was LOWER than offered on site my husband used, which, was suppose to give us the BETTER DEAL, but guess, it wasn't.

Friendly staff throughout, and wonderful cooking at the Trailside Restaurant.

We were there in mud season, so the footing was slick – as it was throughout the entire state of Maine, and probably New Hampshire and Vermont as well!

Location to town and trails. Had fridge and stove top and supplies.

The shower temps varied while showering. High use times was only time we had issue.

The kitchen was great and the accommodation was more like a small apartment than a hotel room.

We were very confused as to where to check in. (It’s upstairs at the back of the restaurant which is a separate building from the hotel). No one was at the checkin desk initially but we were there a few minutes before checkin time.

Location to Bar Harbor downtown and Acadia Natl Park was excellent.

Coffee room was not stocked well. Soda fridge was empty for two days and coffee cups were always gone in the morning.
