Amazing location surrounded by pure nature! I wanted a retreat and i fully got it. Fabulous balcony views, soul healing birds chirping 24/7, cozy clean room with comfy mattress. I want to especially mention that whole hotel is equipped with beautiful handcrafted wooden furniture that makes you feel home-like and special. Stuff is superior, friendly, helping but not importunate. Delicious food! Yes, i would definitely stay here again and i highly recommend it!

Excellent property, well maintained. The staff is extremely polite and always ready to help customers. The property is located k dharampur to kasauli road and it is best keeping in mind it is helpful to catch the main highway and kasauli mall road is also nearby. The property has excellent room sizes as well. We had booked family suite and the rooms are really big compared to most properties. The food is also really delicious specially the himachali chicken. Highly recommended property to stay.

I liked the location it is slightly away from the main hubbub hence quiet. The room is clean, decent sized for a solo traveller with well sized balcony and lovely views. The staff is polite, helpful and non intrusive which is great considering a female solo traveller experience.

The food is expensive considering the quality, qty and the fact that there aren’t options close by.

The room size was very good, especially the sitting area. View from the balcony was breath-taking . The restaurant served quick and tasty cuisine. The suite , with a huge bath-tub and running hot water , pampered us to the hilt.

Some snacking and a bottle of wine should be complimentary in the suites. Proper secured parking is missing . BC

The property is overlooking the Kasuali hills , it’s just 4kms away from the Kasauli town, the staff is helpful and courteous, the rooms are spacious and well maintained , the food has a variety of options including the breakfast and the food is well prepared & feels very homely. Overall we had a memorable stay. Would surely recommend it to others.

Location is perfect and peaceful. It is good if you bring your own vehicle. The view from balcony is great. The staff is courteous and helpful.

They should not use plastic bottles for water, may be suitable drinking water jug or glass bottles should be arranged which can be refilled. This will reduce usage of plastic. Some more amenities for kids would be helpful ( may be a kids play room).

The location, view and food were really good. Staff was soft spoken and helping

There was a foul smell coming from the room which made us uncomfortable at first and also it took time for the maintenance team to clean the ducts. Then after the smell didn't go away they switched our rooms.

The location was great. The quality of the property and the furnishing was great however the laundry was just ok. May be due to the cold weather the towels were not dried properly.

Proper arrangements to be done to ensure that towels are properly dried and free of any humidity odor.

Fantastic location. Wonderful room with amazing views. Food good.

No facility to accept International payment cards. Luckily we had cash.
