Excellent facilities and good service of the reception and others. Missing Pullman. Cant compared to hotels in Beijing. Love Pullman.

Staff was extremely professional and hospitable. From lobby bar to the breakfast staff and special mention of Sean and Nora at the front desk who explained everything in detail and took all my queries very diligently.
Breakfast lacked the cold cut and cheese section, but overall good experience.

The hotel's facilities are very good, the staff are more friendly, and the Rita, Andy, Kevin I have contacted all dealt with my problems in a timely manner. Next time I go to Wenzhou, I will definitely go again.
The shower room of the room I live in doesn't have a ventilator, so it always have a smell, and the direction of the shower room's door is also inconvenient to use
