The room was clean and comfortable and it had a decent bathroom, also was nice to have a kettle, staff were helpful and friendly especially Said who even gave me his mobile number in case I needed his help, I think the property was good value for money. The guesthouse also holds yoga classes on site, the property is located near the river in a quiet road and close to a few restaurants and a shop, it’s not to far to walk to the centre of the city.

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived due to a problem with the floor, I had to wait a couple of hours before it was ready.

The apartment was great, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly (important in Khujand in the summer). The staff were really helpful. There is a supermarket less than 6 minutes away walking.

The thing to hold the shower head on the wall is placed incorrectly and if you use it you flood the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was broken and it didn't close or lock.

Nice property, very helpful owner (helped us with some registration questions) and location next to the center (15min walk). The room was comfortable, good bed, kettle, AC and TV.

Needs maintenance on some things (out bathroom door handle was broken and locks) but they seemed to be taking care of it when we were there. Wi-Fi could be better

We were charged too much. The price on booking was 28 dollars. We were charged 31.15usd. We were told the exhange rate was 1usd = 12. 1usd should be 10.96. So we paid 35 somoni too much. The pillows could be better or have 2 per person.

Nice and clean place, and my apartment facing the garden was very peaceful and quiet. Unusual but very good food at the vegan cafe (try the blue tea)!

The garden could feature more seating opportunities, but maybe they'll put out more chairs in summer

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms. Staff are very helpful and helped me with my questions. They responded very quickly on whatsapp. Location is a little far from the centre but in a nice quiet area by the river and not too long to walk to the centre.

Very nice place, spacious, cosy and well decorated room, perfect wifi. We were upgraded so thanks a lot. We loved the heating floor in the bathroom.
