The bedroom is really nice, with a beautiful view, sauna, swimming pool. A great variety in the breakfast.

The hotel is really nice, although I didn't feel comfortable when my electronic key didn't work and I had to come back all the way down to tell them. They did the process again and said my key should work now, but in case it didn't work a male staff went out with me to open with his key. I felt really uncomfortable, because I was alone and a man has the access to open my bedroom? I couldn't sleep properly that night. It shouldn't have happened.

The property was amazing! Everything needed or wanted could be found on the property or very close by. The food, the staff, entertainment and other amenities were all top tier. As this was my first visit to this city from Alaska, I will be returning back to stay at this hotel.

I would like to see an increase of the sauna,pool and jacuzzi timeframes but I understand the restaurant being open during that timeframe.

I reserved a room for two adults and one child, and they didn't have an extra bed for the child. So we had to combine the twin beds into a queen bed so the child could sleep between the couple. The good thing is it was only one night!

The breakfast was correct, offering hot meals, a small variety of breads, a good coffee machine, a small variety of fruits. I missed the offer of black sugar like demerara. The linen was good.

I didn´t like the height of the building. Considering that the hotel begins in the 16th floor, you don´t have any option. I didn't like the bed, either, it was narrow.

The view from the swimming pool and the amazing breakfast ! The bed was really confortable also.

The staff was only speaking portuguese wether in the hotel than in the restaurant from the hotel. I speak spanish so we could kind of understand each other but I find it a bit weird...

The hotel is pristine. Everything is nice. The breakfast provided is really good with a lot of options. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the restaurant on the 31st floor has an open excellent menu and the views are amazing!

The property is amazing from the moment you arrive. Complimentary water while being checked in for your room and the entire process is quick.

Outstanding hotel. Great staff and facilities.
