Very nice hotel with amazing staff. They helped us get tickets for our bus trip to Medan. Breakfast was oké, a good balace between Indonesian and western food. Location is a bit off if you are not with a car. You can take a Grab from/to ferry, but there are no restaurants in the neighbourhood. Beautifull rooms and nice pool. The rabbitgarden didn't seem to be in use anymore although there were 3 rabbits in a cage.

The internet was extremely unstable, Very frustration if you work remote. I couldnt do my meetings properly.

A good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, English speaking staff, nice hot shower, good range of TV channels. All very efficient and pleasant. A successful stay in a hotel a little bit distant from the town, but well placed for the ferry pier. I was impressed.

Near to ferry terminal. The staff was very helpful even though we checked in a little bit late. I go with big family members and we get side by side room on the same floor.

The noise from the event held at the hotel on my last day. It was very loud. I could not sleep.

Very polite staff... always wanted to help.

Have to walk a little to buy food. But to me it's okay because I can exercise.

We stayed here as a treat after many days travelling, and it felt very luxurious! The rooms are very fresh, comfortable and clean, and you can get room service. The pool was a great addition and much appreciated.

Free water refills would be nice to use less plastic.

Quite far from town center, but it is not a problem for those who like walking.
