I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the NH Santiago del Estero! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was the front desk assisting me or the restaurant staff ensuring a great dining experience, every interaction was top-notch. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering modern and comfortable rooms equipped with all the amenities one could need. The indoor pool and fitness center were fantastic additions, making relaxation and wellness easy to incorporate into my stay. Plus, the location is perfect—right in the heart of Santiago del Estero, close to key landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. The on-site restaurant and bar also provided excellent meals and a great atmosphere. Overall, the NH Santiago del Estero delivers an exceptional experience, combining luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We rented wihtout breakfast but in front of the hotel we found a coffee shop MOUSSE that it was excelent. And also in the same block there is anotjher one called Maimana that is also excelent.

That is not easy to park near the hotel to load or unload the baggage. And another thing not related to the hotel...the worst city to walk i ever been....The trafic its completly unrespectful.

They proposed a suite with only one double bed and a sofa (not bed nor big enough to sleep on it) BUT they asked us to pay for the upgrade. After 60 minutes discussion they gave us 2 double rooms. When going to one of these rooms, there were people sleeping in one of them. A new room was assigned to us. The check in process took us 90 minutes and a lot of stress and frustration.
