View outside from restaurant windows

Staff in the restaurant were not attentive at all. Many empty glasses not cleared from our table during our dinner. Plates were not removed from our table after dinner at all until we actually paid and left. Staff were behind the bar gossiping about guests openly. Its actually poor training of staff- management issue.Room service not available. During the night I could not even get a glass of water with ice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was great, and the air-conditioning was a much-appreciated bonus. The staff were diligent and friendly, always ready to provide perfect information about the area. The food was lovely, with a wide variety of delicious options. There was plenty of parking available, and the hotel's location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the charming old town. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that I highly recommend!

Great spot for a family get away. Play room for kids, swimming pool/ jacuzzi and spa for adults . Free parking. Close distance to the city centre and local supermarket.

We had an issue one night with the burger not being fresh in a restaurant, but stuff immediately offered an alternative/ or fresh dessert instead which was nice. We stayed between Christmas and NYE and breakfast was lacking fresh fruit.

Rooms were great, enjoyed swimming pool area, breakfast was ok, staff was nice! Also we liked that they had robes for kids!

Sofa for kid in the room couldn’t be open without moving the furniture in the room. And even though we pay extra for it, we had to arrange it all by ourselves. P.S. we contacted hotel about the kid in advance.

Spa area requires a retrofit, too low temperature in sauna, showers do not work properly

My friend and me loved that hotel, so comfortable and enjoyed our meals (breakfast and dinner), also enjoyed our nice times in the pool, sauna and hot tub. The room we were staying in was very good and roomy. Bed so comfort and slept well. Thanks again!

Well maintained hotel with surprisingly good breakfast in particular with regards to the quality of the offered items. Hotel is in a quiet area with view, about 15 minutes walking distance from the old town - easy walk. Quick and efficient organization to get a taxi for us to pick us up from the railway station (remote place).

Some remarks not as a complaint but for improvement: Receptionist at 11 in the evening was not very proactive when we asked for a drink (restaurant already closed). She said there is nothing but next to her was a wine board with wine for sale - once we asked if could buy a bottle she provided us with glasses and we could enjoy the nice outside terrace (might be a good idea for the hotel to offer a drink service at late hours at receiption). Pillows small (and only one per person)
