Amazing Breakfast and diner. We stayed at the resort for 4 nights and every day there was something different. very varied. Staff were amazing en very helpful as we couldn’t speak Portugees . Our kids are still talking about the entertainment especially the kids club. All staff gave them the best time there. This gave us the time to have some time for our selves. Massages were great. Very relaxing and clean property.

The mattresses in the apartments need replacement. Gave some back pain.

Everything was fantastic! The staff is the greatest! Even without the water park the stay is great! The hotel is not so big so it is good for those that don’t want to walk like kids or grandparents. The team of monitores that play with the kids is so energetic and great that even when they are tired they want to keep playing! Kudos for them!

Beach Park is always a welcoming place with very friendly staff, comfortable accomodations, great infra-structure, totally family friendly, inclusive, etc.

The gym was really nice

Some of the staff was not very nice, almost no one spoke neither English or Spanish. And when told where the beach was we were misguided to walk 7 blocks.

Service at the restaurant was very limited, sometimes we would arrive at the booked time but no clean tables were available. 2 nights out of 8 we could not get any beverages at the restaurant because no waiter was available. We found 2 giant cockroaches in the room one night.
