The suite was clean and spacious and perfect for 3 singles travelling together. We made use of the swimming pool on arrival. The location made it very easy to find and convenient for visiting Treetop Walk first and then taking the road to Manjimup the next morning.

We didn't realise that the restaurant would be closed on Sunday evenings. We would have eaten there, if it had been open. All communication was done via phone. Personal greetings and interaction would have felt more welcoming, but I know that's not always possible.

Huge rooms, great location and very comfortable. You get what you pay for. We stayed for 6 nights as we've been travelling and camping from Vic. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and the local pub

Bookings.com description was totally fabricated. They wrote bathrobes, in fact it's a wardrobe with no robes. The Executive room was the reception area. The private entrance, was the front door to reception, the garden view were the shrubs outside the door. The staff were embarrassed because it was untrue.

Great location, just a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The Indian Restaurant in the motel is very good. Great food and friendly, efficient service. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with parking just outside the door.

The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear conversations and the television in the room next door.

Our room was large and comfortable in all respects: bed, ensuite, privacy, cleanliness, room for everything. The hotel is close ie walking distance to cafes, restaurant, bakery, supermarket and tourist information. The pool was sparkling and enjpyed very much by children - the weather was probably a bit chilly for adults but safety required adult supervision of children.

There could have been a little more crockery/cutlery, and the ability to clean it other than in the bathroom sink - especially as it was up to us to clean used items.

Quiet and restful. No complaint about room facilities. Clean and well designed.

Very perfunctory welcome - no smile, short sentences, couldn't wait to get back to whatever was being done elsewhere. No information regarding restaurant or about breakfast other than form placed on desk, nor direction as to where room to be found - until asked. Previous to booking, attempted phone conversation was confused enough for me to cut transmission and book online which unfortunately upped the price somewhat.

Well organised and well presented with exhibition rooms as well.

It was a wonderful experience being able to walk in amongst the treetops and very soothing. We didn’t see many birds only a honeyeater. The walk on the ground was interesting with the interpretative signs and little doors for children to lift and explore.

The room was lovely and the pool was nice. Definitely what we needed to break up our journey.

Not necessarily something I didn't like, but just be aware. If you arrive on a sunday after 5pm , there is nothing open , even the iga ( Although we did find out later there is one takeaway we just missed it), so make sure you take stuff with you, And the cooking facilities are limited to a toaster. Microwave and kettle we had to get a little creative.

We liked the spacious room and nice hot shower. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but have slept on worse. The restaurant is not open Sunday nights and only offer room service continental breakfast. We dined in the restaurant Saturday night and the meal was very nice.

We stayed at Tree Tops Motel for two nights as a base for our beach exploration, drive to Peaceful Bay, Nornalup, Bow Bridge, Eco cruise, Skywalk, and Marron Cafe lunch. Our room was very clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. The pool and BBQ area are clean and well presented. We enjoyed dinner in the onsite restaurant.

Easy check-in, no deposit required and the onsite restaurant served delicious Indian dishes. Though a little run down, the motel was kept spotless & had thoughtful extras like a toaster, iron/ironing board. Bravo!

The bathroom fittings could use an update but with the tourism industry just coming out of the Covid period, an expensive upgrade like this may not be possible in the near future.
