We always enjoy our stay at the Holiday Inn in Lexington. We usually get the room with a spa bath and it's a suite and we really like staying there. We bring our emotional support dog and he is known by his name Haakon loves the staff and loves the treats that they give him. You remember our name and pronounce it right? They always have warm cookies and some kind of beverage or bottled water available on check-in. They're friendly in this hotel is immaculate. It is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in.

There is nothing that we don't like. That is why with any opportunity that we have, we stay there

Everyone was so nice, accommodating and helpful Great Breakfast. Big parking lot and excellent location. We had to stay an extra night because of the snow, but it was awesome. By the way, most hotels are pretty noisy, this one is pretty quiet!

Everything was fine but lack of grass. Had to walk the entire property to get to a small patch. Staff were very friendly

It is pet friendly but solid concrete except for two tiny patches of grass on the front🤷🏻‍♀️

Front desk clerk was very nice. I was provided with bottled water. Staff at breakfast was nice.

Bedroom a bit outdated along with the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. It could offer some fruits cut up and plain Greek yoghurt.

They know our preferences. We've stayed so many times. They're very attentive and the room rate is great. I enjoy the pool everyday as well

There is nothing that I didn't like

Better than expected - lots of little touches like fresh cookies and water bottles for guests, a very nice complimentary breakfast, welcoming staff, cute decor for kids and more. I would definitely stay again.

Room was good and beds comfortable

Dog poop on the side walk. Very strong smell at the south entrance, was probably a cleaning solution but it was very strong and irritating

room was very spasious, staff was friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable.

Sad the hot tub was not there anymore especially when it was in the picture.

The cleanest hotel in the United States of America. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express, especially the hot tub. It was worth the extra money. It will definitely stay there again

Nothing everything was wonderful

Great service, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing good variety to choose from. The pool was fun the water was not to cold it was good temperature.
