This was the second time I stayed here and in Tarapith region this is undoubtedly the best property. Excellent staff, very nice multi-cuisine restaurant and very clean rooms. If I come to Tarapith region, without any hesitation I will stay here again.

A marriage party was very loud whole night. But, manager promised in future there will not be any such party in the hotel.

Breakfast was good and the spread was adequate as per price. Some fruits could have been added. Juice was flavored cold drinks. I also had dinner in chinese cuisine that was good. Pool is excellent.

The location is little uncomfortable for those who did not own vehicle. They should arrange pick ups.

Food was good and value for the money

Bathroom was smaller, With around Rs 4300/- room price it should be larger

The serene ambience and the friendly staff members . The food and the swimming pool. Staff members like Chandan Mondal - HK, Simanta - F&B and the unnamed swimming pool supervisor went that extra mile to ensure that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest.

There is hardly anything negative which I can think of. I was simply an amazing experience.

It was nice short trip. The hotel stuffs were very friendly. The facilities including the pool was good. The food was also good.

TV was not working. Menu card not available in room to avail room service. Reception / helpdesk number not available at room. Huge footfall for marriage ceremony, creating hue & cry and disturbance of regular guests.

Excellent hotel away from the crowded Tarapith but within comfortable distance. Very clean and tidy. Staff excellent very courteous and helpful. Very niece swimming pool and lawn. Will go back again.

Hotel is Too Good, Staffs are Too Co operative, Food is Good..

But There Towels which r used in the Bathroom is very very Uncleaned, not Upto the Mark.
