Due to an unexpected emergency at home we were unable to stay our reservation and the gal working that afternoon took care of our situation right away. She was great. Thank u again. It’s not how fancy somplace is its all about the customer service!! This is why we stay here when in Devils Lake.

If you just need a place to sleep and rest, this is a good place to stay at. The staffs were super nice and the location was very good. Breakfast was good also. Can’t complain much.
Found a fish scale in one of the rooms, the room had a scent, and the A/C didn’t work too well so it was hot.

I did not like the fact that there was only one bed. I thought there would be 2 Queen beds or one king

very close to the location we were fishing and also have a fish cleaning station
facility was worth the investment beds could be a little more updated they seem to be a little worn down

Location ok, would be nice to have food near by. I like the plug in for the boats. Also like the large parking lot for if you are pulling a trailer.
Nothing, great staff to work with. Could use more people like that.

Wallet was stolen and a worker let me PayPal her money and she get it to me immediately.... Very caring workers. Understood my situation and helped me through my problem..

Convient location works for what is needed
Air conditioners could REALLY use some updating and work on them rooms get very warm and stuffy especially at night ( they have them on some type of timer to turn them up and down)”POWER MODE” And bathrooms are in need of update also mainly a FAN
