On days with a hellish heat, arriving in the evening at this hotel is a pleasure. The comfortable outdoor pool offers half an hour of relaxation. And then, a pleasant surprise, when the sun goes down the temperature drops and it is possible to enjoy calm and tranquility with an almost fresh temperature due to the 600 meters of altitude. Afterwards at the restaurant it is possible to enjoy simple and essential cuisine strongly rooted in the territory with well-cooked local products. In short, a pleasant unexpected stay.

The rooms and toilets could do with some updating.

The room was clean, the WiFi was working OK. The parking was almost empty (mid-January). The water in the bathroom was hot and at good pressure.

The shower cabin was not water tight, the door didn't close properly leaving water on the floor. The breakfast was Italian 🙃, but not very loaded. There was no hot option except the toaster. There was cheese and ham. We asked for scrambled eggs and they made it for us 🙂 No veggies at.all! So concluding, for north-european people this wasn't a good breakfast

Spacious rooms. Quiet location. Pleasant view of rolling hills. Very helpful and friendly staff. A special word of thanks to Giancarlo who went out of his way to help me resolve a technical problem with my car at midnight. His support was beyond the normal call of duty. He was empathetic, pragmatic and most of all solution-oriented. Thank you Giancarlo!

In keeping with a lot of Italian hotels, breakfast was ok but nothing special.

The location was very good, but it was also beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself is a little shabby and a little dated. It was made up for by the location and the staff. Staff were incredibly friendly, even charming. The food was excellent!

Like I said, a little shabby and outdated, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But all the other things made the drawbacks irrelevant.

Very clean pool, very clean rooms. Overall cleanliness was top class

Acceptable breakfast, but not more. Hotel staff barely knew any english (but were VERY nice!) except for a lady that usually worked the night shift that knew very good English. But as mentioned - very kind staff. But they almost never get non-Italian guests so I understand them not speaking too much english. But, the pool area staff was not nice. We had a little misunderstanding in regards to the pool and instead of trying to be solution oriented they just gave us a bunch of attitude. They sort of got annoyed that we were being a pain for them and kept on giving us attitude for the rest of the stay. A bit funny and unnecessary but oh well, not too big of a deal.
