We really enjoyed our stay at the AmericInn in Baudette, MN! It was super clean, the breakfast had lots of options, and I loved that they offered hot cocoa and apple cider packets along with coffee. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They even make pizzas right at the hotel, and the popcorn in the lobby was a fun bonus. The pool and hot tub were a great size and open until midnight — perfect after a day at the nearby state parks. We’d definitely stay here again!

The only downsides were that the beds felt a little low and on the firm side, and you can hear the train when it comes through.

Location was great! We liked that our second room had a balcony. Also loved that the pool was warm, clean, and open until midnight.

Our first room on the first floor was pretty humid when we checked in but I turned up the AC while we were gone visiting our family and when we returned it was nice and cool, but then the AC hummed/whistled so loud continuously so we requested a room change. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and switched us to a room on the second floor. It was cooler but kind of smelled like smoke, but it was fine for the night.

Larry made the stay he is being under utilized Larry knows waht it means to take care of people. I did not feel like a customer I felt like I was staying at a friends house. He was warm and Welcoming, attentive, It is rare now a days to be so mindful of others. If was not happy with the hotel Larry would have been the one that keeps me coming back. I know you have other properties Larry should be given eveyr opportunity to move up with in the company.

It was all good

The guy that checked me in was hilarious, he made the check in process fun and more than just "credit card and id" type of conversation. The location is fantastic for getting into/out of town. Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable - I say that because for me the softer the better and most hotel beds lean on the firmer side. but this one was on the softer side which was nice.

The room itself was clean, but it seems like the tub/shower was missed in some places. As with most hotels, the pillows left a lot to be desired, but bring your own and you'll be good to go.

Everything about it. Very polite. Rooms were very clean Excellent job to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was very good. Overall excellent

The refrigerator could have been more colder. . could not find a way to turn it up. . other then that. . there was nothing else

I stay here often. The rooms are always spotless as well as the entire place.

The omelets that just came out of the kitchen were cold on the inside. I hate to complain about anything there but it was the case.

great breakfast and starts early at 6, had tub which was nice, great lot if you need to park your boat trailer

Breakfast had lots of variety, hot, neat & clean. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Only stayed one night, funeral in area.

Motel was clean, rooms were clean. Breakfast was acceptable. Location was perfect! Restaurant next door.

Very clean. Staff was friendly - the one gal - don’t know her name - really should smile. Pool area was very clean. No complaints.

The location is not the greatest because of the train tracks, but bearable. The breakfast could really have been hotter - biscuits were cold and the gravy not too hot either but still tasted OK. More fruit would have been nice. The ice machine was rather “melty” but ok.
