Pros: Excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient service by staff. I had some mild health issues during my stay and the staff were incredible--they even called a doctor to evaluate me in the comfort and privacy of my own room (shoutout to the concierge!). The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed and pillows are a dream. Natural light is excellent given floor-to-ceiling windows. The food (we only had breakfast) was great as well.

Cons: The bathroom sink does not have much room to accommodate a toiletries kit and the shower's water pressure was mild. Location is undesirable for tourism purposes, as it is ~40 mins removed from the city center, but if you want peace and quiet in a more residential area, this is the hotel for you.

The property is a beautiful resort with a gorgeous layout and spacious rooms. Room service was amazing, layout of room was perfect, with large bathrooms and a great soaker tub. Within walking distance are an abundance of restaurants and shops, in addition to the onsite restaurant, and I would definitely recommend, and have recommended, this hotel for anyone staying in Mexico City. They even have different drinks available in the corridor for guests, water, juices and even tequila!, that you can partake in as you go in and out of the room. Gym was big and had enough equipment for any exercise or routine you can think of.

The location is a little far from La Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, but there are plenty of areas to experience Mexico City nearby. Overall it is totally worth it for the 25 minute or so drive to the heart of the City.

Most times, I would be inclined to dismiss a hotel calling itself an "Urban Resort." However, the Live Aqua may just be exactly that. A lovely, clean, modern hotel located at one end of an upscale shopping mall, the Live Aqua stood out for its comfortable accommodations, plentiful amenities, and top-notch staff. Everyone from the door staff to the concierge remembered my name and anticipated my every need. Any problems were dealt with swiftly and with no inconvenience to myself. The housekeeping staff's attention to detail was superb. Sandra, the concierge, made a particularly positive impression, handling my every request with a professionalism and caring I have rarely seen in a hotel environment. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, and would stay here again in a heartbeat for my next visit to Mexico City.

Very hard to find negative things about this hotel. Only one I can think of is that its location, while quiet and serene in a decidedly disorganized city, is not very central and requires a bit of a drive to get anywhere of interest within Mexico City.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly! Enough so that I would say it really stood out. Both the front desk and the concierge.

The area is a bit more like a business district. That is not a slam on the hotel, just a preference for me. Additionally, it's more of a business hotel for my way of thinking, not a boutique vacation hotel. Again, not a slam on the hotel, just preference for me personally.

this was my second visit within a couple of months, and this experience was even better than my first. All of the staff members I engaged with were very helpful, and wanted to make sure I had the best experience.

Amazingly beautiful and cozy hotel. Great service. Bath tub was great. Loved the shower gel & shampoo brand. Everything was comfortable $ aesthetic.

The best place to stay in Santa Fe and bosques area. Everything is located at walking distance, and hotel is impeccable, and service exceptional.

The hotel is amazing. Really pretty modern and super clean. The staff is super friendly.

The only thing is that I was there on a Monday and the bar closed really early.
