Really clean and well kept hotel. Massive range and spread for breakfast and also the evening buffet (which was during Ramadan so I’m not sure if that’s standard!). Good location for close to the airport and with a nice pool if you need a day there. The hotel isn’t cheap, for Indonesia, in the first place and it feels like there are significant extra costs for anything else. Check in is from 2pm but they will give you early check in for free from 10-11am. If you arrive, like I did, at 7am, early check in costs 50% of the room cost, which is a lot for effectively 3 extra hours. If you then want breakfast on early check in day, that’s then not included so you have to pay more on top. At the spa, the massages are reasonably priced - ish (more expensive than your average cost in Jakarta) but then if you want to have your massage in a spa room there really is no alternative age option short of offering to lie down on the spa entrance floor?!), there is then a further £10 extra surcharge! If you just beed your room and arrive after midday and don’t want extras, it’s a nice option. For anything extra, it’s not good value at all!

After a vehicle accident outside the hotel (hit by a moterbike) the hotel staff were so kind and supportive providing me with first aid supplies, recommending a quality hospital and providing me and my daughter with a room from 10am. We had a booking with them at the end of our excursion to Raja Ampat and had only intended to have breakfast there before the 9am ferry. The hotel is very new and of a very high standard. They are directly across the road from the airport so are an excellent location in and out of Sorong if you are intending to travel to Raja Ampat. They offer both Western and Indonesian food, have a nice swimming pool nd gym. Also, they do not charge extra or room service.

There was nothing not to like.

Very new and clean hotel, walking distance from the airport. Spacious rooms with fridge. Nice pool area downstairs and the rooftop bar / views are great.

Menus at both restaurants are limited and the western options at the rooftop bar....quite unusual. Though they had my credit card number, when additional food/drink was ordered - we were asked to pay there and then which involved a trip to room. Not sure why the bill couldn't have been settled on checkout. Not great if you've set alarm for 6am for morning flight, as you will get woken by morning players at 4.45am.

The breakfast was good. They had something for everyone.

Disappointed there was not a little dry goods store for waters, snacks, etc. Although the restaurant was good, it didn't really have too many items for people that were not adventurous eaters. It was very ethnic. Made it difficult for lunch selections. Also loved the robe but was unable to purchase it. I was disappointed at that.

Very new hotel and probably one of the nicest in Sorong. Just across the road from the airport, so you could walk. Rooms in the back are very quiet. Restaurants could be better for vegetarians, but just outside the hotel there’s plenty of choice. Very happy we stayed here!

Since we were on our honeymoon, we treated ourselves to a massage. That was a slightly disappointing experience. Price was alright for a hotel, but then you have to pay extra for the room they massage you in? Bit strange. Massage was fine, nothing to complain about, but also nothing to write home about.

Comfortable, and one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Tons of good food options for the breakfast. The restaurant had good Indonesian food. Gado Gado and tempe were nice. Expensive by local standards, but still inexpensive by western standards. Better than the Swiss hotel. Easy walk to the airport. Comfy bed. Good, quiet AC

Even though it's pretty new, a lot of the construction is quite cheap and already looking worn and mildewy.

Clean, spacious and modern property 5 mins from the airport. Really convenient if you’re staying a night and want to be close to the airport. They had a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant with some fun live music. The rooms were spacious and the Wi-Fi, ac, hot water all worked without issues. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The shower wall which extends into the room can be a bit translucent if you stand next to it. Not the most convenient if you’re not a couple :) But otherwise it was fine.

The hotel is located just accross from the airport, which us very convenient. It is also brand new ! The room is big and very confortable, with all you need. The swimming pool is nice and the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of choice I have rarely seen before. I am pretty sure that this is the best place you can stay in Sorong and will come back if needed.

Service in the restaurant was very slow and quite unequal : we had very careful waiters one day, and not so attentive another day. One day my partner had the time to finish his meal before I was served, and the day after it took the kitchen 45 min to prepare 2 noodle soups. Quality of the food itself is OK, but the recipes (we had only local food) could be improved.

Surpassed our expectations, really clean and comfortable. Used the pool for a short time when we arrived before it closed. Rooftop bar was open and was a nice place to sit and have a drink. There is also a bar menu so you can eat up there or downstairs at the buffet restaurant. Staff friendly. Good stopover across the road from the airport after two weeks in Raja Ampat.

No wine just beer available at the bar when we were there but we were happy that we could have a drink as previous reviews had mentioned they didn't serve alcohol. Noise from the busy road in the night.

Phenomenal location - across from airport. Perfect for transit stay. Clean rooms. Lovely rooftop bar for sunset. Large shower. Full amenities. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. All common areas very clean.

Not much around - only really good basis for a transit.
