The location was excellent. The staff were sensitive and friendly. My room was carefully designed so that in a relatively small space, there was a large comfortable double bed, a great tv on the wall, neat small but lovely bathroom, a working are with desk and a wardrobe. There was a modern smooth running lift.Catherine’s room was very quiet, peaceful even.

The breakfast could have been a bit better, but that was not a significant problem

Checkin was really easy.

Location is good, very close to city centre. Parking outside the hotel is free at night. Check-in / entrance with code, sent 2hours before arrival.

Small room, with no air conditioning (or at least not working in my case). So very hot in the summer. Unable to sleep well due noise (windows had to remain open) and mosquitos. Breakfast was very basic.

parking was on street and expensive. There was no staff at hotel at any time during our stay. we had not been given code to enter property and had to ask someone next door to help us by phoning someone off site to ask for code. VERY POOR customer service. would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.
