Fantastic service, location and modern building. There was an issue with the bathrooms, but this was quickly resolved. The host made it his priority to make sure that everything was as we wanted. The front reception was kind and one gal spoke fluently English. I absolutely would stay here again!

There was some construction noises throughout the afternoon and contractors were using the elevator with their ladders. The sauna hot tub on the top floor was not open, but it was during their cooler winter.

Everything was great. Excellent hotel.

The rooms are a great size with a large comfortable bed. Having a kettle in the room is a good addition as many hotels here don’t have that facility. Loved the jacuzzi on the top floor which the staff got ready and left clean towels for us. All the staff are friendly and very professional. We had a card payment issue that was difficult to fix on the day of departure but the hotel managers were very helpful in resolving what could have been a difficult situation. Thank you again!

Weak Wi-Fi in our room. It was perfect in all other areas of the hotel. There’s very little to dislike about this hotel.

We had a minor accident - a fall on the street - and their care and kindness was exceptional.

Well located, about 20min walking to the city centre, the hotel has new furniture, the room has excellent space and the staff were very friendly and looked to help us wherenver we've had questions or problems.

Everything was new and spotless, well taken care off, nice interior design, parking option. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast options were numerous, abundant, very fresh and varied.

Nothing. I’m giving 9 points instead of 10 because dinner wasn’t a 10 —maybe a 7. Still good, but can improve.

TV not smart (or Netflix didn't work!) and pillows not quite good. Otherwise, really nice stay!

I liked the breakfast and also the beds were super comfortable The hotel was clean and quiet, in an awesome location, I would totally come back!
