ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS, CLEAN & COMFORTABLE GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY MR. NAND KUMAR, MANAGER WAS VERY CO-OPERATIVE AND HELPFUL NIGHT TIME STAFF MR. TAUSEEF WAS ALSO HELPFUL & PROMPT IN HIS RESPONSES OVER ALL IT WAS A WONDERFUL STAY

The Staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a late checkin (after midnighy) but the staff was very coopertaive. Special mention to Nandkumar and the staff who was on night duty ( forgot to ash his name. Do not get foolwd by the entrance and outside ambiance as it lools outdated ..the rooms are excellent and rooms very well maintained. I had a requesy for an extra bed which was taken care of before we arrived. The morning complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

They do lock the entry at night ( maybe security reasons)

Overall good property... Rooms are spacious. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Staff behaviour is really good and helpful above all. Person who attended Mr.Tousif was actually very helpful for all requirements and didnt look back to go beyond his duties. Person on billing counter at checkout was also very helpful. Both made the stay more comfortable and pleasant added further by spaciousness and cleanliness of rooms... Overall very good experience

Our stay at the hotel Sitara was wonderful. It is near to Satara city centre.Good location and Great service. Nice and clean accommodations. The complimentary breakfast (idali sambar) included was also good. The staff is helpful. our host that day , Mr.Nandakumar was very friendly and polite, he made sure that our stay at the hotel was comfortable.

Room was clean and staff were courteous. At the front desk, Tousif was attentive and took care of whatever we needed.

Parking is on the street, which wasn't clear from the description. The rate was slightly higher than it deserved, but the room was cleaner than I had expected. The hotel appears to hanker after reviews, which is a turn-off.

Staffs are very supportive, specially Tousif is very helpful. He guided us properly, very friendly and polite behaviour. As per price rooms are worthy, clean. Hot water available. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Bed sheet are clean but it seems like those are now very old so i advice they should buy new bedsheets.

They have attractive well maintained and clean rooms with different facilities like the hotel itself provides best food quality and the staff is too cooperative it's a hotel located in the heart of the city at prime location , must visit
